excellent footage, 2 mates, summit to yourselves, awesome sunrise is just reward for the effort put in to get there, I know, im in mountain rescue up here. If you want to relive your wrynose pass experience, check out my videos, I live and work in the lakes and cant get enough of it!!
We didn't exactly 'park' there as such. We were forced to leave the car there over night when we hit black ice on the way over the pass. What you see there is the following morning after a local farmer gritted for us over night.
The bloke below is an amateur, I heard he couldn't get out of his tent to go up Scafell cos he had drunk all his meths...didn't even have enough left to make a brew on the trangia. He brings shame on all wild campers.
Great video lads. It looks great up there at that time of year. It's something I'll consider towards the end of the year. I wild camped at Great Moss last week. The weather was grim and had to abandon the ascent to Scafell Pike. Keep up the good work.
Very inspirational lads hope to do scar fell pike one day, i am planning some wild camping on my own sometime this year, was thinking of the penine way walk and wild camping out.

It was pretty stunning up there but it all feels like ages ago now. I'm using the Big Agnes Seedhouse SL2 - really strong and really light for two.
