Question lang po. 150 lbs po ako 5'8. I started taking this a month ago, the first week noticeable yung improvement. At that time i was only taking it 3x a day. Pero nung nag bump ako nang 5 x a day (2500mg), nag breakout po ako sa face. Natural po ba ito or should I taper down to 2-3x a day uli?
