Oh yes, that is Masi Oka, who is the hero Hiro. He has a ridiculously high IQ, 189, and helped design a a watermimicking computer program at Industrial Light and Magic, which was used in POTC-At Worlds End before hitting the acting big in that show that we like, love. You have to love Hiro.
