Can you help me? I just downloaded the game thinking it's going to be easy. But i can't even take off, land, taxi or even move the plane!!! I use a keyboard. please help me. how do you take off using keyboard? how do you taxi using keyboard? how to land?

try to fly a dc 10 out of here today could barely taxi gear went off the taxiway because its soo small and by the time i lined up with the centerline i was a quarter down the runway barely took off in time!
