In 03 Bathists and Fedayin (spelled that wrong I think) used to string women and children along roads to slow us down to ambush us. So the ROE changed, if they are in the road and don't move, you don't stop unless you want to get ambushed. We started being mean to the kids to keep them away from us so they couldn't be used against us.

Military personnel also have an obligation to disobey Unlawful orders, including orders by the president that do not comply with the UCMJ. I believe is important for this stories to be told it not only helps to heal the veterans but also to expose the cruelty behind some of the atrocities of whom we call our heroes which is a big lie.
