Under the US Constitution Article I, Section 10, every state can either declare war, or surrender, if invaded. If you see signs of an invasion, petition your governor to demand he/she declare war on Mexico or surrender. The act of 50 governors of the USA declaring war on a foreign nation should send a resounding message to Mexico and the World, about how we feel. How do you feel? I am pissed off.
