The whaleman has a model in the game, and you could probably rig it up with the animation editor. The game is general is very mod-friendly, so even if they don't feature the Whaleman in the standard campaign (I figure it's unlikely, given the love it gets from the community) a fan made mod will almost certainly feature him.

this indie game is going to be awesome. makes me want to be a game designer/programmer/artist/app person all the more but only as an occasional hobby...also it's pretty hard tbh. not as much hardcore math involved as teachers and guidance counselors might lead you to believe though...unless you make a physics engine or design something for your game that requires matrices as part of the code(ex. i made a card matching game in my hi school class and matrices were important to make it work right)

I just discovered this game a few hours ago and it's looking very interesting. Someone somewhere has probably said this, but if you're eventually going to add new races, might I suggest a Lizard/Reptile-race. Not sure if it's too common, but from what I've seen so far, you guys could probably pull it off fantastically.

Let me tell you bout a game called overgrowth. Parkour & Fighting its got em both. Overgrowth's corw will be tried and true, cause it's inheriting the spirit of Lugaru. I'm gonna break it down so you don't get broken. These here are some words that you oughta hear spoken. The Rabbit, the wolf, the dog, rat and cat, are gonna mix it up in brutal melee combat. Rabbits in general, are fairly chill. Unless they encouter some kind of ill will. In which case most of their combat tricks,
