It is sad that parents view gay as a death in the family and that they would obviously rather their child be dead than be gay. It is because of misguided right-wing christian teachings that is all about mass-hysteria, hatred and ignorance and has nothing to do with true Christianity. How can these people not see the error of their ways. At what point did these parents choose the path of hatred instead of love?
