  • man why does france always win

  • Thankyou so much for 100.000 VIEWS!!! :D you're Awesome !!! :)

  • danish commentary xD

  • So proud to be French. Respect to Denmark but we are still the best !

  • @ElPsychotron Obviously not anymore, France has been pure shit this time around

  • @TeslaShambles Yes but we are still the greatest team of all time !

  • @ElPsychotron Well, either you or the Sweden of the 90s. It is important to remember though, that France is a big country and has a larger populace to draw its players from. What is really amazing is the talent development of countries like Sweden, Denmark and Croatia that makes them able to compete even with the big nations(although sweden cant at the moment)

  • LoL, its not even the finales!!!

  • see you all in serbia 2012 !! GO SERBIA !!!

  • @MB1993ful hrvatska dobiva prvenstvo :D

  • I will never forget this match best handball I have ever seen. Even though my own country lost, France is the best team in the world with out any doubt. But Denmark is not far behind.

  • @ssskjold We may actually win EM soon. It would be nice if someone else but France would win EM again. Spain does look good, but they are playing without Sterbik.

  • @mette011 LOL, EM betyder europa mesterskabet...

  • Don't mean to be mean or rude in anyway but can someone please tell me how this sport requires talent I want to know (again I don't mean to be rude it's just I'm from America and don't know much about this sport but it does fascinate me)

  • @chinglee100 It's much harder than it looks :P i've tried it for fun, and trust me... ITS HARD!!! :D

  • @diximanden i played handball...and it requires a lot of stamina, speed and skills..though it's not famous in america, but it is famous in europe...one of the fastest sports...

  • @chinglee100 its a very physical sport, if ur not built well and are not there mentally it would be as if u were overrun by a train, iu need to have such intense coordination with ur whole body, u need to be very fast and at the same time very strong to dribble like that with ur opponents with their arms on u, its a sport that requires an intense amount of will

  • Dude, please tell me how NFL is hard. Its just like walking into men and then throw a ball. Good job america

  • @chinglee100 you got to shoot good and hard, well and place it. Then you gotta be quick on your feets and a fast runner. You got to be strong physical and mental and you have to read the game good aswell

  • @chinglee100 You need to be very agile, fast and good to aim and catch the ball. Notice that the ball is much smaller than in most other ball sports.

The hardest is the job of the goalie, as he has to stop the ball with his body, and react really quickly. ;)

  • @chinglee100 try 2 be a goalkeeper...its so hard but i love it :D and it requires talent! u have 2 have fast feet and don't fear the ball :D handball <3

  • @chinglee100 It is very much about technics I tell you! I'm not a handball player, but you could compare alot with basketball :)

  • @chinglee100 Its basically like real football or what you call "soccer". Or any other sport. How does that require talent?

  • @chinglee100 It needs much talent trust me.

I play since 10 years ago and always when I saw somebody new began to play handball, he was shit.

    It's very difficult to learn.

But it's a very nice sport to play.

  • @chinglee100 just look "luc abalo" and you'll see the talent ;)

  • @chinglee100

They throw the ball about 100 km/h (65-70 mph) and the fight on the line is extreme. Add the fact that most of the players don't wear any sort of protection at all and you have a very tough sport. Just catching that ball is a challenge for a "normal" person since it's bigger than it looks (all players are 1.90 and up).

  • Handball = meilleur sport du monde

Français = meilleur joueur de hand

  • @hugodu73 Mais Danemark était un adversaire fort ;) Sorry if it's wrongly written :D

N'importe quoi.

  • is this speedball

  • Congrats to France, surely the best team of history now with the greats Sweden, romania and URSS

    Denmark was also immense

A great final, a good image for handball vs the 2007 WC in germany

  • le hand c'est bien ce sport qui se joue à 7 et c'est la France qui gagne toujours à la fin c'est ca ?^^

  • I let someone tell me why basketball is more popular than handball?

  • LOL! handball

  • goal

  • You guys are amzing, keep making us proud!! Allez les Bleus!!

  • I welcome Romania's national handball game is a hard sport to play today in the brave and strength

  • do you have to jump when you throw? and is there a reason only the goalkeeper wears pants?

  • @feverfan420420

1st question: I think it is to get more power, and to minimize the risk of the defenders blocking you.

2nd: i don't know actually :P maybe cause it eases the pain when he get's hit on the legs, sometimes it helps :D

  • @diximanden when jumping, it makes it harder for defenders to block you as the risk of a foul increases. also, it allows the attacker to make his shot nearer the posts (ie the attacker can jump into the 6m zone and shoot provided he takes the shot before his feet touch the ground)

i think the keeper wears pants to reduce impact from blocking the ball or to prevent getting scrapes on his skin when he slides on the ground to save the ball

  • @diximanden well, either way it looks like it would be fun to play, too bad it's not so popular were I'm from, most people haven't even heard of it

  • @feverfan420420 haha :D where you form and i think it's more popular in Europe than in America ;) USA don't have a handball team do they? :)

  • @diximanden 1st: they normally jump cuz: getting a easier shot, getting more power and getting close the the goal.

2nd: its for the pain. i´ve been keeper myself and it hurts like hell without long shirt and pants :)

  • @diximanden the goalies wear pants make themselves look bigger, i would if i was in their position

  • @diximanden you dont get more power when jumping you got more balance and can shoot harder when you dont jump but when you jump it will be less chance for people to block your shoot :)

  • @feverfan420420 you don't have to jump when you throw, but it gives the ball a lot more speed and makes you have more time to aim.

keepers wear long pants to protect their legs as the balls can travel faster than 100 km/h you can feel a nasty pinch;)

it's an awesome sport! give it a try sometime!

  • @feverfan420420 your not allowed within the line, so you shoot in the air

probably so that they dont scrape up their kness etc.

  • @feverfan420420 it is to be closer to goal and throw harder. and the pants, because when the ball hits on the legs it hurts very hard, and when you use shorts maybe you will lost the flexibility.

sorry my english, im chilean :D

  • @feverfan420420 You're not obliged to jump and all the comments are right. And I'll ad that if you want to get over the defense it's better and when you jumb you're closer to the goalkeeper and you improve your speed. And finally for the pants it's because the speed of the ball can reach more than 100 km so I let you imagine what it would be to receive a ball on your leg at such a speed without a pants : free ball tatoo !

  • @feverfan420420 I know it's a little late to answer, but with regards to the goalkeeper and the pants, it also has to do with the ball is full of resin (You know the really sticky stof from trees, I think that is what it's called at least), and it hurts like hell to get that on bare skin. :)

  • @feverfan420420 I know it is a little late to answer, but with regards to the goalkeeper and their pants, it also has to do with the ball being full of resin (You know the really sticky stof you take from trees, at least that is what I think it is called), and it hurts like hell to get a ball filled with that, with a 100 km/h on bare skin. :)

  • @feverfan420420 you have to jump because you can't touch the blue area(gatekeeper's area)

  • @feverfan420420 No you don't have to jump when you throw ... goalkeepers wear pants because it might simply hurt to much to block a throw on bare legs!

  • @feverfan420420 No, it is to jump over the defence so they can't block the shot, you actually shoot harder from the ground and no goalkeepers don't need to, but you get burn marks all the time if you dont and it hurts like hell.

  • Hah, så kan i lære det.

  • @in10forever ?!?!?

  • We fought against the sceptics. Many countries saw as: ah tough game, but we can beat them.Think again! France was without 2 of their best players. But we had more than 1 debut. Michael Knudsen was still not 100% but he is a viking; he will come back strong. Mikkel is young, & he has one of the best shots of all. Landin, still young. Rasmus Lauge, 10 seconds, that was all it took for him to show DK some of his skills. René Toft, first time for him as well.

  • @mette011 Of course, Denmark can beat France, as Spain, Poland or Croatiafor instance. The French team still obviously the best , but not unbeatable, we will loose one day.

  • @So6renegade may be=p

  • @TheBasketlala you don't know what you talking about

  • @TheBasketlala nba players would just whine to the judge the second someone decides to touch them. basketball players couldnt do sh*t at handball.

  • handball? i didn't KNOW about handball, congratulation France!

  • God,we lost cos of two of our Best players werent thère.... Thomas Mogensen and Søndergaard was damaged thomas is the Best player too hes playmaker... Denmark doesnt rly Got other play makers Then him

  • @pigererdumme01 2 of our best players were missing too, plus we kept dealing with injuries during the 1st week of the competition (Guigou, Bosquet, Barachet and one or two more). You do have a great team though, no doubt.

  • French win with a great exibition and the multicolors, the race, the ideolagy has nothing with the victory of the France in Handball World Cup 2011. With Sarkozy in the French Presidence, the national team is for all people, without race descrimination, so we can't speak in multicolors but in french team.

  • Except from Håvard Tvedten, Abalo has to be the best wing in 2011. He's got an amazing shot, speed and technical skills, which aren't really usual for a player in his position to have. I think that Abalol, Gille and Karabatic aren't just amazing together, but also three of the world's definitely best players.

  • The refs were looking so FKG young

  • Denmark lost a important player after 50 seconds. if the Danish players could take the big press there whas on theire chest for winning. France would have a problem

but Gratz France this time you whas better :)

  • for a great match you need two great teams and Danmark is a very great team! i am sure they will win others finals with their players, they just need more experience in the money time. Even with two top players out we win again, it is amazing, they are in the legend! forget football, boring football with a score like 0-0, players who don't want to speak with their fans, who prefere to be treated like stars or hereos when they play every 3 days!! in hanball they play every day and are never posh!

  • Congratulations France. You're just too good :D

    Greetings from Denmark

  • @kobadelhi Oww man, thanks for this good spirit. Well, in France we were proud to play against this strong team which is Denmark. Landin and Hansen are amazing, all the Danish team is amazing and you're no cheater compared to Croatia. This final game was damn good because there were two great teams. I'm pretty sure that Denmark will be the strongest team of the world in a closed future. I love France 'cause I'm french, but Denmark is now my second favorite team.

  • @bequietandjam Thanks man!! France is the best team in the world. We are honered to play against players like Carabatich :D Luckily we played nearly as well as you in this match :D thanks for giving hope in our players :D

  • @bequietandjam

  • @kobadelhi You guys were amazing til the end, so congrats to you too. Greetings from France!

  • Mikkel Hansen saved the danish team for atleast a 5 goal loss if not 7 or 8! Landin did well but not a performance nearly as good as against Spain, maybe allso due to France being the better team, but if Søndergård or Mogensen wasn´t injured and if the whole team had a bit more experience under presure we would maybe have won with 2 or 3 goals imo, but that´s hypotethical, France won fair and square!

  • where can i download the whole final please?

  • the french win because the team is multicolors .Félicitation les Français!

  • @andarous No, we win because we have a humble team. Ideology of Multiculturalism has nothing to do with sport successes. To all, thanks for your nice comments.

  • @AlexMoby Ideology of Multiculturalism!!! what you talk about?

  • @andarous "Multicolors" is clearly a reference to multiculturalism. Our team won because all its members feel proud to represent France. It wasn't at all the case with the members of the "French" football team.

  • @andarous boring

  • THAT WAS SOME GAME!!! Got scared when Danemark took the lead... I now understand why they say Landin might be the next Omeyer...I feel sorry for Hanssen and Landin who were absolutely amazing...

But I'm so proud of our team... So happy... All of them were great. Even Omeyer in very bad day makes a few decisive saves!

Those young good danish players will hold a grudge against France... I hope and believe we will be ready to confront them in the next competitions!

    4 STARS ON THE JERSEY!!!

  • What a match... Thanks Denmark, you're a great team, and I believe this won't be our last confrontation considering young and impressive players like Hansen and Landin. See you in Serbia for the Europe cup !

  • French team couldn't be beaten anyways; they're too strong ! And France deserves to win this finale

  • French team couldn't be beaten anyways; they're too strong ! And France deserves to win this final

  • the French are incredible... They are on the top of the world without Daniell Narcisse and without Gillaum Gille. That's CRAZY!

What a final, what a suspens! Great moment of sport. Both teams deserved to win, the show was amazing.

  • Two amazing teams !

  • Two amazing teams!

  • @xXHukariXx Why? It's just one of the greatest final of handball's history

  • Comment removed

  • @xXHukariXx Yeah, because DK lost, but if you forget about the countrys then it was a good game :D

  • GOOOD GAME!! :D

  • denmark was missing 2 great players aswell. and 1 of the attackers were injured after 10 mins against france so..

  • I'm impressed by so much sportsmanship on youtube, thx!!!

  • this right here ladys and gentlemen.. this is HISTORY!!

    greetings from Denmark!

  • France missign two of their best players, their will be even stronger in the coming years!

  • Congratulation France! Well diserved. But when we will ger some more routined players, and have "Rasmus Lauge", "Niklas Landin" and many more players grown up, you are going to have it harder with winning the world championsship :)

  • @MathiasMoeller well done too ! It was the best final since at least 5 years, and it's thanks to you ! Denmark is really a great handball nation !

  • @MathiasMoeller

... this is what swedish said in 2001 ;-)

  • @MathiasMoeller

us also we will be stronger in the next Euro2012

I remember to you that we won (again & again) without 2 great world players wounded before this WC, Narcisse ("Le Concorde" ^^) & Guillaume Gilles

With their comeback in the team & add the "birth" of our young future stars also like Barachet , Accambray or Honrubia, oh yes we will be stronger also than in this WC for the next Euro 2012 ^^

so now rendez-vous in this Euro for a possible revenge for you ^^

    Long Live Handball !!

  • @cumbas

  • @MathiasMoeller

Our new generation are growing up too.we'll see...

  • @s3fredo So true! We've already seen what Accambray and Barachet can do!
