Signing and speaking at the same time is extremely difficult. ASL has its own grammar structure, and not every word is signed.
In addition, this video was probably not created by the Interpreting department, probably the school's media students or marketing department, etc. Therefore they would need a student or staff member there with them to interpret what the students were signing.
why didn't none of them sign while speak? show how interpret program do with teach them sign.
