The Chains of hell Doesnt pull on Bosses, or stationary monsters. But on monsters like the Skeles or gallos, it'll pull. and it doesnt miss unless its a boss/stationary monster, but it'll still attack it if you are close enough to the monster. (: Hope it clears that up. (Knows from experience<- got a 128 Db)

@malikismaster when you use Chain Of hell, you grab single enemy within range, and pull it to you, then you do 12 hits attack it. It is similar to monster magnet. But it dont work with bosses.

I remember AristosMS explaining it on one of the pre-release videos, but I'll offer my own explanation.

That miss is the one where you grab the monster. So what would happen if you actually hit the monster, and killed it (like a Snail)? Then you pull nothing towards you and dominate the empty space.
