I've heard you talk about the cargo blush before and how beautiful it is, but I was just wondering if it's similar to Nars "sin" blush? I haven't been able to see the cargo's blush in person. I want to get it, but I don't want to get something that's similar to what I already have :)

No it is more peachy pink than sin and tonga is matte and sin has a sheen to it! I use Tonga WAY MORE! :o)

Thanks for the review. I love Laura Mercier eyeshadows! I have a MAC pallet but I rarely use it as I am not satisfied with the pigmentation and the longevity. Laura Mercier eyeshadows might be more expensive but I am more than happy with the result.

no they are nothing alike actually- yogurt is very very pale and the fresco is more pigmented and more mauve not so whiteish! :o)

You can find that color on the actual laura mercier website. There is a small drop down menu once you get to the matte eye colors so be sure to click on that to see their full line of colors. Thanks for another great review and vid. <3

Have you ever tried the tarte eyeshadows? I like the whole "all natural" thing and would really like to know if their quality is any good - pigmentation, etc.

If you're interested, they have a great value large tarte holiday palette in sephora now. I'm debating purchasing it, but don't know about their quality. It's not great value if it's not good, I guess! If anyone else has tried their shadows, please comment!

That color looks so interesting. Do you think a color like that would look good on me? I have pale, cool skin, blue eyes, and brown hair. Maybe it looks so nice on you because you skin is more tan/burnt looking.. or is that just the lighting?

no it is much morepigmented- Yogurt is a very light pink and this is a med tone mauve! :o)
