@SoulcheckAudio it seems you are missing the point. My comparison is a car to car. I don't care how much the E55 costs or who is going to drive it (boy, man, rich, poor, etc) and by the way I could have bought one if I wanted. Race result is as shown in the video, enough said. More videos of ther Fiat coming I just need to find time.

No need for a turbo on the E55, it has a compressor (supercharger) already. It has 480hp, mMy Coupe has 346hp. Fair enough?

Turbo is always more efficient than a supercharger/compressor because superchargers/compressors are driven by the engine itself and therefore use power of the engine and a turbo doesn't.

Also the benz won't be that far away of being twice as heavy as your coupe.

Put the same turbo as your coupe on the benz and I think you know what's going to happen =p

Turbo is always more efficient than a supercharger is relative statement. The supercharger in the E55 gives it around 100hp. So you want the E55 to have 480hp (5.5ltr + supercharger) and a turbo so another 100hp = 580hp to beat my 346hp Coupe?

I'm saying it again, I've started this specific race from off-boost (revs down + negative boost), we had another run on another day where I've started from higher revs + positive boost and I took the lead immediately.

Also, I'll increase the boost to 2.0bar (turbo is capable) with some race fuel (engine is capable) and still can beat the E55 AMG with it's supercharger + turbo with 580hp :)

Nothing against the E55, I like this car but till now there are some people who underestimate the moded Coupes. I've raced many people with more hp than me and still can win.

Also, as I said earlier: power to weight ratio is almost identical: 247 hp/ ton for the Coupe and 252 hp/ton for the E55.

@KIDEKIDE90 Fiat weighs less and has near perfect gearing, as standard they are quicker in 3rd gear mid-range than some Ferrari's never mind Mercedes! Tuned versions become supercar destroyers. Search YT for Coupe 20vt VS Ferrari F355 Challenge, and BMW M5 V10 vs Fiat Coupe 20vt, and you will see for yourself. Fiat Coupe was built in the Modena factory alongside Ferrari's, and by Ferrari technicians.

To add, in this video, I started really off-boost. We had another run with the E55 on another day (with no video) and I've started on-boost and I took the lead imediately. The Coupe is really fast and you should see the face of people here when I race them.

Man, first of all congratulation for the coupe!!

I'd own a Marea Weekend Turbo 2003 with the same 2.0 20v turbo as the coupe plus some up, it has 360hp fully stock, that amazing engine did only fitted ours Mareas(Saloon and Weeks)from 1999 to 2007 in Brazil, nowadays, we do have some Marea's Turbo with stocks engines pulling 450hp and forged ones going pass by 800hp. There is also a Coupe 2.0 20VT brazilian running project which estimates 1200hp, search by Marea Turbo Mateus and find out
