Basically, yes. The clip is supposed to give the idea of infinitely zooming in on the cube only to find that there is no end.

@ingz1993 actually thats kida the analogy of fractals. you take a pice of the whole, and its the same, but smaller. Its infinite, so there are some interesting consequences like the distance between any two given points is infinite :)
