I had this surgery done two days ago. Excellent video and very tastefully done. Thank you very much! I will not have a bikini body (I am larger than this woman) but I will no longer have to deal with the constant rashes, pain, and constant itching under my stomach. Recently I was counselling an ‘oversized’ woman who was obsessed with getting thinner, even though she couldn’t stop eating her favourite muffins, cookies & ice cream. She had no funds for any medical procedures.

I've had two children, two c-section, and a hysterectomy, I gained so much weight with my son, not much with my daughter. I do 100 crunches every day and have for years, I have nice definition above my belly button, but below my belly button is hopeless. I asked a "trainer" how to tighten that and they said "you can't that skins elasticity is gone the only way to remove it is surgery." My surgery is in 5 days.

@nokiannie it's normal to be scared of the unknown, but if you had thee c-sections and a hysterectomy, this is NOTHING compared to those recoveries. The muscle repair for the first few wks feels like you over did the ab work out, the incision does not hurt at all, in fact it's numb and never hurt me at all. I walked out of the surgery center the day of surgery and went home, slept in a recliner for a few days but was up helping myself for the most part that first day. Back to work in 11 days

@GuruPePe33 Working out only gets you so far. I worked out for 2 years and have lost a TON of fat. I can't get rid of the skin that was loosened because of the fat. THAT'S why most people get this done. Imagine having a layer of skin folded ontop of another like a tight shirt all the time. Working out makes the fat go away, not the stretched skin.

I had abd separation after my twins were born (who were my 5th and 6th babies) and I got this surgery done at a naval hospital in early March.. It hurts and I wonder just one question.... Why would I get like 50 Surfak.... but only 16 Valium... I'm a little more concerned about my pain, and not how soft my stool is. After 6 kids and 5 c-sections, and abdominal separation, I thought this was the best way to go. :) Don't regret it one bit.

I had it done over 15 years ago and I wouldn't change a thing. It does hurt like hell right after the surgery and about one day after but not too much more than that with regular pain meds. I had three children and it was just as the woman in the vid . It still looks great even though I have gained a few pounds. To hell with the inner beauty...I want to be able to see it!!!! It is costly though...at the time for me $6000.00. Now it is much more from what I hear. Do it if it means a lot to you.

I just had the surgery done on january 12. I'm very happy because it was no so painful after the surgery. From 1 to 10 maybe 3 or 4 the first day. I lost 140 pounds and really need it o do it. I am not medical professional but I think they 'cut' the skin with something similar to a laser, so it cauterises the blood vessels so therefore no unecessary blood loss. I have had a couple c sections and they use the scalpel on the outer skin and they 'burn'/'cut the inner layers as i talked about above.

Dr. Be careful next time, pen writing inside the patient might not be higenic? also her line on vickini is uneven it does not line up with belly button. bottom tommy looks unevenly surely better than before but not fantastic.
