I really love that you keep your videos concise, fact-filled, quick & dirty tip-filled, and fun. Thank you. I hope you make good money from someplace.
kind of dissapointing how I sleep at 12:30am and try to wind down and relax 1 hour before and I still get less sleep than others I know of who stay on the computer all day long and sleep at 4am
(continued from the post below) being able to cure their affliction (disorder)? I do have classic anti-psychotic medication but I refuse to take them as they turn me into an emotionless zombie that isn't able to feel happiness, hate, or anything for that matter.
Intresting piece of information to read about, however I don't think it'll work for everyone. I have a psychotic "disorder" (as they call it) and therefor most of my days are filled with fear and paranoia (strong hallucinations and delusions in psychotic episodes). So yeah, ofcourse it's logical that you call insomnia a phobia, but it's not only the insomnia itself that makes me unable to sleep. What is your vision on this? Can people with a mental "disorder" cure insomnia without...
HONEY cures insomnia, infact HONEY cures alllllllllllllllllllllllllll diseases, how do we know? God himself told us over a thousand years ago, and now science proves it too :D
Thankyou for your philanthropic endeavours to help those,'temporarily suffering from insomnia' to parahrase your own words. Even from casual read of your articles, I can see that you are a great authority on the condition. I suffer from chronic insomnia and, much as in your case it was prescipitated by traumatic circumstances and shared very similar symptoms to yours. I fully agree with everything you wrote regarding doctors, soporophics, and the psychology of the condition. Thanks again.
I want to sleep again too so I hope your video can help me. Thx
