  • Yay! fart bubbles! Weeee!

  • @hjalmardenonde I'm going to guess you're about 10 years old.

  • Love this song and the clip, reminds me of when went to Iceland in '98. Amazing landscape and ppl. Pity Sugarcubes ever split up, first band I ever saw live and was soooo in love with Bjork :P

  • Officially my new favorite Sugarcubes song. It's actually quite complex (not only because of strings), but also rhythms and harmonies.

  • This song actually didn't age. Amazing.

  • what the heck!? how can i get this version with the orchestra in the intro and that's more involved throughout the song???????????

  • She is extremely cute with the short hair. I bet it was difficult for her to keep her head still while singing that. She is so animated. But keeping her head still did not stop her...look at those facial expressions.

  • Aww... I hear this song after almost twenty years! It got stuck in my head because I did'nt understand what time signiture it had and it lingered in a dark corner of my brain till today.

I've just realized that it's a "normal" 4/4... but the drummer always puts accents in unexpected places. As for the rhythmically elusive melodic line... I knew Björk's ability to "speak the music". The key is in the strings and guitar tracks.

  • This is so mezmorizing. Even on a small budget, this video is quite nice. The images are beautiful. The song makes you feel like your floating.

  • The Cubes sure could groove... one of my favorites of theirs!

  • : )

  • Loved to listen to this song very loud with headphones on while drunk.Great song.

  • OMG ME TOO!!! DOING IT NOW!!!!

  • @lysterman That is my fave way of listening to good music..with a good buzz ;). And yer right with this song...omg..awesome!

  • @lysterman omg im doing that now! lol

  • The videos looked this way because they had to be creative as they could with little to no budget. While these songs are amazing and hold up well keep in mind that they had a very small audience, thus artists like the cubes didn't get the Michael Jackson and Duran Duran sized budgets.

  • bjork's head looks like my brother when he was a cute little baby... now he's an annoying teenager...and björk's still cute xD

  • HAHAHA this video is FUNNY!

beautiful and magical song though :]

  • it's amazing!

  • The universe and me.....

  • Love Ya!

  • 5/5 love it

  • Love the strings.

  • Hi agree with you Parley 454 Speed is the key was so much fun!!!I used to sang it in those years ('88circa)I was only 12........

  • there are some bands that it would be so great to see get back together just for an album or something. I usually hate videos and just prefer songs, but the sugarcubes videos were so great. To bad there wasn't one for speed is the key

  • well its the past... sometimes things are better left for what they were...

  • I agree past is past let it be and thats that.

  • i like the version that starts with just guitar better

  • Soothing!

  • this was the first videoclip with sugarcubes i've ever seen
