DUDE!!! You were just Bitchin about people bitchin.....Anyhow, the group is good but I think their music needs to mature a bit. It seems that they try too hard with a few songs and stick to the format. verse, verse refrain and then guitar riff. It's like the old Metal band ballads

People have the right to believe in what you don't, or not believe in what you believe, because it's a matter of their own opinion. It's not those who believe in "God", it's the ones that don't believe in your god, in your mind. This is one thing that bothers me about religion, the claims of absolute truth. In everything other than religion, absolute truths are non-existant, theres always a degree of error, certain exceptions to the rule. In religion they claim they know, absolutely, 100%, usually because of a book. A single source of their "absolute" and rather vague truths.

But that is the price for all of our sin. That is why God sent Jesus to die for our sins, so that we can have eternal life.
ok. The tree of knowledge of good and evil was created to give adam and eve a choice to obey God, and not eat from the tree, or to disobey him and eat from the tree. The tree is not necessarily evil itself, but it just opened their eyes to evil. It let sin into their lives. So basically the tree was put there to give them a choice to do right or wrong, or they were given the freedom to do what they want. ... read the next comment I ran out of room...
If God would have not put the tree there, then we would basically just be here with no choice but to be good. which means we wouldn't have freedom. It's kinda confusing, and I mean, I don't have an answer for everything. The bible tells us everything we need to know, and the rest we'll have to learn later in heaven. :/ God didn't tell us everything, because then we wouldn't have to come to him by faith.

Adam & Eve were free even before they sinned. By choosing the tree, they demonstrated that they already had the freedom to choose. I'd actually say that by choosing to disobey, and choosing sin, that they GAVE UP their freedom, and chose to become slaves to sin.

So if I understand what you are saying, God gave us the choice to be sinners? Why would an all loving omniscient being let his angels condemn themselves to eternal suffering because of a choice. If I remember right, Adam and eve were made specifically by god, were talked to by god and Adam "witnessed" gods power by creating Eve. Yet they still denounced him, and ate from the tree and were cast out by the very same all loving being that created them. Sounds confusing. Why would he condemn us?

I don't think anyone should be posting anything about religion here. Take it somewhere else, somewhere, like a forum or something. People shouldn't be spreading faith or telling others what they have long believed is true. People have the right to believe in what you don't, or not believe in what you believe, because it's a matter of their own opinion. Personally, I think the artists would be upset if they saw an argument on religion pop up on one of their music videos links. So get real.

It's not those who believe in "God", it's the ones that don't believe in your god, in your mind. This is one thing that bothers me about religion, the claims of absolute truth. In everything other than religion, absolute truths are non-existant, theres always a degree of error, certain exceptions to the rule. In religion they claim they know, absolutely, 100%, usually because of a book. A single source of their "absolute" and rather vague truths.

I don't believe Christianity is courrupt, neccissarily, but there are some extremely currupt Christians. And there ARE alot of deaths related to religion, but religion in general, not just Christianity, and usually not in the U.S.

all of these people. He died for our sins, and he died bearing our sins. "For the wages of sin are death..." "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotton son, that whosoever believeth in him shall not parrish but have everlasting life." Our sins can easily be washed away by accepting that Jesus died for us. God doesn't send us to hell. Yes. I do understand that God did indeed create hell. But I also understand that God didn't create hell for us. Hell was created for the devil and his angels.Matthew 25:41. God doesn't want us to go to hell. But because we(adam and eve) ate from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, we now are tempted by the devil every day to sin. God doesn't want us to go to hell. But that is the price for all of our sin. That is why God sent Jesus to die for our sins, so that we can have eternal life.

ok. The tree of knowledge of good and evil was created to give adam and eve a choice to obey God, and not eat from the tree, or to disobey him and eat from the tree. The tree is not necessarily evil itself, but it just opened their eyes to evil. It let sin into their lives. So basically the tree was put there to give them a choice to do right or wrong, or they were given the freedom to do what they want. ... read the next comment I ran out of room...

If God would have not put the tree there, then we would basically just be here with no choice but to be good. which means we wouldn't have freedom. It's kinda confusing, and I mean, I don't have an answer for everything. The bible tells us everything we need to know, and the rest we'll have to learn later in heaven. :/ God didn't tell us everything, because then we wouldn't have to come to him by faith.

hey, props to you for writing out this explanation. :) I want to be sure you're giving everyone the right idea though... I'm not sure I'd say that if we didn't sin, we wouldn't be free... Adam & Eve were free even before they sinned. By choosing the tree, they demonstrated that they already had the freedom to choose. I'd actually say that by choosing to disobey, and choosing sin, that they GAVE UP their freedom, and chose to become slaves to sin.

So if I understand what you are saying, God gave us the choice to be sinners? Why would an all loving omniscient being let his angels condemn themselves to eternal suffering because of a choice. If I remember right, Adam and eve were made specifically by god, were talked to by god and Adam "witnessed" gods power by creating Eve. Yet they still denounced him, and ate from the tree and were cast out by the very same all loving being that created them. Sounds confusing. Why would he condemn us?
