I'm of Native American (Sioux) ancestry. I live in San Francisco (not a reservation). Native Americans are free to (and do) live in many parts of the country. Quite converse to Tibet, reservations were established so that Native Americans could retain some sense of their sovereignty. Reservations have numerous problems, but the right to move nationally or internationally is not one of them.
Please go to the state of Montana and see how your brothers and sisters are living there. Ask them why they don't wanna go outside the reservation areas.
