It's a total ripoff! Not as blatant as Elastica as the first half bar is slightly different in its chord progression but the second half is identical. The key and tempo are different granted. However the guitar tone is exactly the same. And what's worse is it forms the entire song!

Seen this ad on TV recently & knew the opening guitar riff sounded familiar. It totally rips off the Wire song 'Kidney Bingoes' (circa 1988). If this track has been released by Morgan Van Dam I hope the necessary rights have been acquired or Wire should sue for breach of copyright or at least get a share of royalties. It is the same. This is what DJ's do, they take good riffs/vocals, and loop it into beats and what-not. I can't say I agree with them, if they call themselves "musicians", since all they do is steal ideas and material, but, every now and again, they come up with a very catchy tune, and I'm content...
