  • & why, if we are, is it so important to be right, even if it means that others, which appear as those who are not right, are not right ...

why do we have to be right, even at the cost of those others, who are wrong ?

or is this not a cost but a gain, is it a goal ?

there is a significant difference between being right & being conscious

why is to be conscious not enough so that we have to be right too

  • So the best you can 'do' is stay in the 'I AM' and the 'I AM' will in time be disolved ... and then what ? Life goes on with no 'I' ?

  • thanks

  • Only I exist!

  • "I AM (is) the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.", the I AM is the portal.

The sword Jesus brought is the truth there is no you, or me; there is nothing you can do because there is no you. There is no God, God is. People do not want to hear this, they like their self improvement books...

  • there is so many people that stay in concepts instead of truly experiencing it, the truth.

because it takes hard work and courage!

It is easy to say things.

What have you really experienced that would be more interesting to hear imo.

  • Very well put. Thanks Stephen.

  • why do you have to tell us you have a PHD?

  • Let me tell you the truth. All this philosophy is just marketing. These teachers know that there are egos out there wanting to occupy themselves with a philosophy, with enlightenment. And boy! do they make £ millions out of it? You will never realize all these things they are saying, or you will grow insane, because if you really realize this absolute, you cannot function properly on earth anymore. You will need guidance from these masters, and the cycle of dependence on them never ends.

  • The "Absolute" needs the "I Am" in order to know itself.

  • There can be no consciousness without awareness, but there can be awareness without consciousness, as in deep sleep. Awareness is absolute, consciousness is relative to its content; consciousness is always of something. Consciousness is partial and changeful, awareness is total, changeless, calm and silent. And it is the common matrix of every experience.

  • i hope u are experiencing what u talk of.

  • rubbish! and u know well what i am talking about when i say, i hope u are experiencing what u talk about!

if it is not experienced then it is just intellectual mumbo jumbo...and so are your words.

read Nissargadattas " I Am That". it is very well laid out in that book.

  • "up to the highest divine spheres. but not any further." !!

wow, man... u realy like to sound clever about these things dont u. get of your high horse!!

what do u know of the highest divine spheres from your own experience!? talk of what u know, and leave the theory alone. no one cares how elequent and intellectual u sound twisting beautiful words this way and that.

u are intellectualizing what is supposed to be experienced.

  • Is the "I AM" considered the Absolute? or is it part of the emotions, associations, perceptions, etc?

  • I thought I AM = consciousness, and that absolute is what makes consciousness possible.

  • I AM before anything else is.

    Before Abraham was, I AM

  • Are these clips part of a new DVD?
