Do you have the information from MCFD about the reasons they took such measures? I highly doubt it. I know there are many people like you that suffer abuse while being in foster care. Not to mention from your parent(s) who abused you and caused you being taken away.

Like with everything else, there is good and bad. My children were taken because my 11 year old disabled child missed too much school and I was accused of having Münchhausen by Proxy Syndrome. Although I had an evaluation by their suggested doctor and was cleared, and my son was evaluated in 6 months treatment facility and his doctor reports were held to be true, I still am fighting to get him back. They have returned two of my children but not my baby, the one who needs me most.

I just had my son taken away from me by the cps yesterday. He was doing just fine when they took him. He had education, food, shelter and love.
We had several incidents were he left the home on his own accord with no supervision but we did get him to understand that he can't leave without an adult. They wouldn't drop it, took us to court and eventually stole our right to raise him.
It's a long story, but I can to tell you that it hurts more than anything.

If you are right that CPS is like this to families, which you probably are right, then there should not be a problem showing both sides because there would be nothing of any substance from their side to show. I say this as a former foster child and a kid who grew up in the system. my mother who adopted me has been a foster parent for 30 years and only 1 time did she think a child was taking away without a really good reason. Well, maybe in a science fiction book, the father or a good friend of the family would track the cps worker down that took the kid and kill that evil person somewhere in private being smart enough to leave no evidence behind. This saddens me to. My own little daughter Sabrina was stolen from me by Arlington, VA CPS, because she lost a little weight at brith, and because I was diagnosed with a mild form of autism. I feel that CPS justs runs roughshod over the rights of parents.
I came very close to being in your situation. However, I refused to sign waivers, told them to take me to court first so I could find out who accused me and sue them. They ended up dropping the case.
People must realize this when they are dealing with CPS: CPS are bullies. CPS will do what all bullies do if you show signs of fear - that is, move in for the kill. Remember this though: ALL bullies are cowards. That is why they hunt in packs, and use SWAT teams and cops with tasers. They know their days of lies, and fabricated evidence and brutal kidnapping are numbered. They know that the American, Canadian, British, and other public will be full of fury when they discover the truth.

I only signed a service agreement after I documented York Region CAS workers James Maloney and his supervisor Sandy Griffiiths who extorted a signature from me threatening to put my children into foster care if I did not cooperate.

I asked to see the complaint made against me first so that I could respond to the allegations. After picking it apart with the worker and telling her how I could prove it was a false charge and that the person that submitted it lied and I could sue them, they dropped it. It was scary for a while there.

@dontlikenumbers In Ontario the person making a complaint is protected under privacy laws??? So in Ontario you are not privy to the complaint itself.
Everything is in secret. Oddly CAS is a corporation not run by the State and is not bound by any accountability. They abuse the Child and Family Services Act to try and do what ever they want.
Unless you know your rights and are not afraid to stand up against CAS/CPS they will trample over you and your children, often taking them unlawfully!

Very sad. I know exactly what they are feeling. The vid made me re-live the bastards taking my 3-month old and my two year-old. My two year old(he's 5and a half now and still begging to come home)lay down on the concrete in front of our front door and kept kicking the officer. They were ransacking my house. Then they took pics and used them in court.
I should write all my CPS experiences into a novel. They took four of my children.......it would probably be a bestseller. It shocks people who otherwise have no idea about CPS so much that many cannot believe it happens....til it happens to them or someone close to them.

Thank you. I believe that CPS deliberately puts children with abusers, knowing that they will be abused / murdered. They then use the subsequent publicity to push for more laws / control. This is what typically happens, even if a few heads role at the lower levels. This is the most evil entity ever to exist on the planet in terms of the nature of the evil, and the breadth and depth of evil. Children are their renewable resource.
Do you have the information from MCFD about the reasons they took such measures? I highly doubt it. I know there are many people like you that suffer abuse while being in foster care. Not to mention from your parent(s) who abused you and caused you being taken away.

Like with everything else, there is good and bad. My children were taken because my 11 year old disabled child missed too much school and I was accused of having Münchhausen by Proxy Syndrome. Although I had an evaluation by their suggested doctor and was cleared, and my son was evaluated in 6 months treatment facility and his doctor reports were held to be true, I still am fighting to get him back. They have returned two of my children but not my baby, the one who needs me most.

I just had my son taken away from me by the cps yesterday. He was doing just fine when they took him. He had education, food, shelter and love.
We had several incidents were he left the home on his own accord with no supervision but we did get him to understand that he can't leave without an adult. They wouldn't drop it, took us to court and eventually stole our right to raise him.
It's a long story, but I can to tell you that it hurts more than anything.

Oh and the foster kids my mother has now mom says the same thing. She thinks she did nothing wrong. Her child was Born drug addicted and the kids house was so nasty and covered in roach's. Poor babies where covered in bed bug bites. My mom had to throw all there things away because of the meth. Getting a big dog (and posting a sign warning people about the dog) might also discourage the kidnapping demons). But also note that if your children are in public school, CPS may kidnap them from there, often with great help from teachers, principals, school CPS agents, etc. This is a war against families, like humanity has never seen. Be prepared.

This saddens me to. My own little daughter Sabrina was stolen from me by Arlington, VA CPS, because she lost a little weight at brith, and because I was diagnosed with a mild form of autism. I feel that CPS justs runs roughshod over the rights of parents.

People must realize this when they are dealing with CPS: CPS are bullies. CPS will do what all bullies do if you show signs of fear - that is, move in for the kill. Remember this though: ALL bullies are cowards. That is why they hunt in packs, and use SWAT teams and cops with tasers. You are right CPS workers are a bunch of bullies and as my friend Harry Kopyto would say, "When they push, you MUST push back even harder."
I applied my martial arts training and strategies against CAS and they were rather easy to defeat, for bullies as you say ARE cowards.
I have documented insurmountable amount of evidence that places CAS staff in a very serious criminal and civil predicament!

I only signed a service agreement after I documented York Region CAS workers James Maloney and his supervisor Sandy Griffiiths who extorted a signature from me threatening to put my children into foster care if I did not cooperate.
HUGE mistake! I will be seeking criminal charges against these animals, who call themselves child protection workers.
If we only had the gallows to hang these animals so the no remembrance of so vile a wretch could be found among human beings.

I asked to see the complaint made against me first so that I could respond to the allegations. After picking it apart with the worker and telling her how I could prove it was a false charge and that the person that submitted it lied and I could sue them, they dropped it. It was scary for a while there.
I agree, these monsters should be held accountable.

@dontlikenumbers In Ontario the person making a complaint is protected under privacy laws??? So in Ontario you are not privy to the complaint itself.
Everything is in secret. Oddly CAS is a corporation not run by the State and is not bound by any accountability. They abuse the Child and Family Services Act to try and do what ever they want.
Unless you know your rights and are not afraid to stand up against CAS/CPS they will trample over you and your children, often taking them unlawfully!

Thanks for your kind words of concern. I am rid of CAS now and am planning my lawsuit against them.
The height of my ordeal happened a year ago. Now my focus is to use what I learned to help others fight CAS.

@ALVHUN - I have never believed in the death penalty, for one thing because the bumbling, fumbling, negligent, incompetent State should never decide such an important thing (whether one is guilty and should therefore get the death penalty), but some of these CPS demons really do deserve capital punishment for the hell they send innocent families and children to. Moreso than even serial killers as far as I can see.

Although I came close to losing my children to CAS in Newmarket based on a false allegation by my vindictive ex-wife, I can not imagine the horror of having your child taken from you.
I and many others are working hard to change the way CAS are currently taking children unlawfully from loving parents. Dorian Baxter, a close friend and founder of NAPPA was the first man to successfully sue CAS in Ontario.

I agree that videos that speak of CPS in general are helpful. But the proliferance of videos about individual cases has also helped enormously. What is really needed is money. Money like Oprah and Dr. Phil represent. I don't really count on Oprah however, as she has made most of her fame and money perpetuating the idea of child abuse by parents, rather than foster care or CPS. I think she is an incredibly corrupt person. How else could she promote Scientologists.

SACRAMENTO CALIF, CPS took my gr daughter away from my daughter because dad tugged on moms pony tail and CPS called it domestic violence. My grdaughtr WAS WHIPPED by the foster mom. My granddaughter told the s/wrkr that the foster mom beat her...but the s/wkr ignored it. Social workers get a $5k for EVERY child that they get adopted, they have EVERYTHING to gain by NOT returning children to their parents. HOW ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH THEIR CORRUPTION???

I know the feeling of this all to well , my children was forcfully taken from me, thanks to my tribe iam now reunited with them and have custody of them , I went through so much of this child kidnapping (cps, police , court systems) it just makes me sick when i see family suffering . The children do suffer from this , my children was abused while in cps care . I just pray for all the families out there that have been wronged in the unjust system that is suppose reunite families! Very sad. I know exactly what they are feeling. The vid made me re-live the bastards taking my 3-month old and my two year-old. My two year old(he's 5and a half now and still begging to come home)lay down on the concrete in front of our front door and kept kicking the officer. They were ransacking my house. Then they took pics and used them in court.

Parents denied due process and their Constitutional rights, while social workers are given virtually unlimited power to make snap judgments on little or no viable evidence and substitute their own opinions for what is in the best interests of the child, even in the absence of any danger of harm to the child or any reason for immediate intervention. Thank you. I believe that CPS deliberately puts children with abusers, knowing that they will be abused / murdered. They then use the subsequent publicity to push for more laws / control. This is what typically happens, even if a few heads role at the lower levels. This is the most evil entity ever to exist on the planet in terms of the nature of the evil, and the breadth and depth of evil. Children are their renewable resource.
