@STEWIkytez Thanks, means a lot to me too! Subscribe if your want, I will upload more videos in the future for sure. ;) Hope you are working out too, keep it up :)
@SuperOs1000 I haven't been doing many push-ups lately. Been focusing on single bar dips and diamond push-ups. But I would say around 50 in a row, chest touching the floor each time.
@reincarnate100 I can do twenty on my knuckles now and 30 on my hands. I will probably also start doing them close hand push ups. Also, started on pull ups. Can only do two chin ups but hey, gotta start somewhere. lol. Keep going man! Also, you seem a bit slim, why dont you join a gym and start bulking up?? Thats what ill be doing in a couple of months time but right now building a base with bodyweight fitness.
@SuperOs1000 Nice job! :) It's not really my aim to get bigger, I'm happy being normal/slim size. I weigh 166 lb now I think, 5'9". I want to get stronger without gaining weight, but that's just me. The only weights I've done is deadlifts at home lol, my best is 350 lb for 1 rep, using all the weight I have. But to optimise that even more, I'd need to join a gym yeah... Getting the first chin-up/pull-up is the hardest lol, you should get to 10 quite fast if you stay consistent though!
@reincarnate100 hey bro could you share with us your training program? for example, do you do push ups daily? or you do different exercises each day? :)
Nice man, check mines out, I recorded from a side angle but I did good form also :D Alot of ppl don't do good form and finishh fast but that just doesn't count. Try out the pullup challenge I did that it was mega hard but culdn't upload cuz video was over 15 minutes :/
@GroundPhobia Hey your form is pretty good! :) You go down much further than most :D Have you ever tried chest or nose to floor though? I actually saw your video yesterday before you put this comment.
As for 100 Pull-ups. I don't think that's a good idea currently. I can do about 50 in just under 10 minutes and that's my absolute best, so there's no way I'd keep that kind of speed up and get to 100 in 20 minutes...
@GroundPhobia I have an idea for you to try. Do 1 Pull-up, rest 10 seconds, do 2, rest 20 seconds, do 3, rest 30 seconds etc etc etc. See how long you can go for. Or you could try the W7 method to try and reach 100, but I'm guessing more than 10 seconds rest will be required lol.
wow man, great work! your form looks super good! as long as you're either touching your nose or chest to ground each time, that's what you wanna go for! your arm angles look where they need to be as well! ..i would also encourage you to vary it up a little bit between wide grip, regular grip and close grip! keep it up, you did AWESOME!
you motivate me alot man... i got huge respect for you.
