Because the mainstream popularity will diminish if bands like these would appear. I've been praising bands like DOD, Nightwish, Within Temptation, After Forever, Nemesea, Mastercastle, Leave's Eyes, Epica, Delain, Elis, Unsun and countless other female fronted bands for years. all those crappy pop bands and record companies that support them would lose millions. Give me more of the underground and European bands anyday.
