I agree that that they need to do the environmental study but will activists back down when Superferry completes it and resumes service? Is shutting down an enterprise that brings tens of millions to our economy and cutting over 300 local jobs worth it? Whats the beef with these guys, why not protest the 800 ft. cruise ships, seems to me like a private agenda...one things for sure Young Bros. Shipping must to ecstatic

What I note about the Superferry is that ridership was very low even though no one paid the true cost. Environmental issues aside their is not sufficient demand for such a big boat. Aloha Dr. L
