You know it's much quicker if you heat the wok, brown the chicken (to be safe, 3 minutes on each side. Make sure you seal the meat both sides). Add a little soy, then throw in whatever vegetables you want. Flash-fry that for 2 more minutes, add a teaspoonfull of sesame oil, then serve with noodles or rice.
You shouldn't really slow-cook this dish, I find it spoils the flavour of the veg somewhat.
i make something just like this for once a week but i make a lot more cause i eat it for the rest of the week for school lunches. I LOVE the cooking tutorials , i am thinking bout doing a weight loss on line thing too
mmm thats looks good thanks for makeing that video its helping me so much on what i can eat for dinner and at the same time helping me use portion control ....i as well im on a diet and i hope to reach my goal and i hope you reach yours.....
would it still taste good if i dont marinade the chicken b4 i cook it and just drizzle it with the sauce afterwards? oh, and can i put cabbage and mushrooms?
It depends on which ones you get, you can purchase low sodium sauces, etc. I don't have a lot of sodium intake and this small amount didn't push me over the limit. I made up this recipe... been making it since I got married
I just put the rice in a 1 cup measuring cup and then dumped it on the plate, spread the stir fry around the side and drizzeled some sauce on the whole thing!
I made a vegetarian tutorial: check out the Cowboy Caviar one. I don't eat strictly vegetarian meals so not sure if I'll be able to do a tutorial or not
Hello! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cousin lost tons of weight with it.

Raw chicken, ew. Warn for that shit. Hee. This looks really good. I don't like rice mixed in with stir-fry either. Rice is great on its own.
