@Daniel2131990 the 1997 music (as it is more commonly referred to) isn't as good as the audio for the first Space Mountain (possibly the first rollercoaster IN GENERAL), if you don't know, I mean Space Mountain Mission 1: From the Earth to the Moon (in paris).

THIS RIDE WAS AWEOSME!!! Definiteley one of the best rides in Disneyland! The first time my family and I went on, we had to wait an hour in line (that was before we knew about FastPasses.), but it was COMPLETELY worth it. The second time we went on, we got FastPasses AND fornt seat. It was so amazing. :'3 Makes me miss Disneyland even more. DX

Oh, and I hated the flash at the end. Just about blinded me twice. o_o; Other than that, EPIC.

so this is NOT the background audio if your trying to refer to the version in Aneheim California, the REAL disneyland from when Walt Disney founded the park.

Actually this is the hong kong version it's the same soundtrack put there is no SS 77 this is mission control we are ignition power transfer in 3 2 1 then you can hear the strobe tunnel electric sounds then they have a count down then lift off then on the re entry music it says welcome back space travalers

Holy crap I forgot this ride had it's own music with it. I remember going onto the ride just to hear it just cause it kicked ass so much. Worked well with the overall experience. Best part was there was music when you walked out that fit well with the mood. WTG Disney

@JazzChaz779 the "alien noise" is the sound of a theremin, it is not necessarily one though, it could be just a plain synthesizer with a ribbon controller.
