  • Great vid. Thanks man, how r u enjoying it so far?

  • why didnt you just use some washer's.

  • Thx for the vid.

  • very nice review of the sports bench.

  • You should be able to use this bench in decline...If you take the support and let it extend flat beyond the foot of the bench mentioned at 0:56 that will cause the back support to go into decline down the slope of the bench...I'm pretty sure this is how it works but then again I could be wrong...I hope this helps...

  • You are right, doing that does make the bench decline, the only problem is that the bench does not have ankle bar that you would normally use in the decline position to keep from sliding down and off the bench! Thanks!

  • The bench length is 46 Inches, I do not know the weight capacity of the bench, sorry!

  • would you recommend the bench to a heavy lifter, because i have a power rack and i'm looking for a bench that wouldn't take up space. i weight about 220 and i sometime bench 315 max, your personal opinion with my weight and the weight of what i'm pushing you think the bench can handle it

  • I am hesitant guess on this. I would maybe give Powerblock a call, the bench really seems strong and stable enough to handle that weight and more.

  • do you know the weight capacity of the bench, and the measurement length of the bench
