@itsCARLDOUGLAS hiya :) what i would do is contact the universities you wish to go to and see what they require...as 1 of my friends didnt have a-levels and got onto the diploma nursing but i think they only do degree now...so check with the specific universities :) good luck and thank u!!

When they ask you "tell me about yourself?", How would you start it off? And what kind of things do you throw in to that conversation?

@05abbyamar just what your interests are, hobbies, any special info on ur background, charity work, any work experience in the health care...etc :)

@yellowstarburst100 yes definitely :) i also made sure i "looked the part" by not having too much make-up on, no nail varnish and part of my hair tied back - this might not have helped in any way but i wanted to make the impression that i wasnt able to dress in the way a nurse should on shift :) x

Hayy, aww im so glad ive found your vids :) I wanna go into adult nursing im in my 2nd yr of col at the moment been going to some open days, it all seems so real now ahhh so exciting! I still haven't finished my personal statement tho ughh! I dont wanna sound too much or too little you what I mean?

I have to write an enrollment essay for nursing I have to write what i think the challenges are and why nursing appeals to me, i think im over thinking it but Im not sure what i should write i have a few things i know i want to write but i dont know how to start or how i should structure it ( it says it should be 1-2 pages) please help!

hiya :)

well have you had any experience in the healthcare or looking after people? if you have, mention it and say what you enjoyed about it and how it helped you realise that it is what you would love to do. Also say how you love to be hands on in your job and the interaction with people. Or maybe go the route of wanting to make a difference to someones life and you would love to see someone walk out healthy even though you know there are some bad outcomes. Hope this helped :)x
