  • Great job Brothers!

  • duffman, it depends on the state, in the state where i am from which is pennsylvania and we handle delaware as well, capias is the search warrant, anyones address on the paperwork, house gets searched automatically, if they do not open the door, we have to and can knock it down, plain and simple, it is on the paperwork, again, depends on the state where you are from, check out the fugitive recovery network site and click on each state and it will tell you the laws and jurisdiction.

  • Since you guys aren't real law enforcement. Is it legal to resist arrest and flee from a bounty hunter since it is only citizens arrest? I am thinking about the having a career in bail bonds.

  • yes they can get resisting arrest added to the charges, Im a Bail Enforcement Agent From Philadelphia

  • i feel bad for that girl XD

  • Cool ! I'm a bounty hunter out of Fort Worth, Texas. That's pretty much what we do ! I have a video on my profile of an arrest we have made !

  • Well Done! My Son-In-Law Rocks!!! Check him out in this video.

  • dude i noe that guy!!

  • Did I miss the part where they got the warrant to search that house? Because we always had to arrest them out side.

  • If it's the Skips residence, I don't think they NEED a warrant. Isn't that secured in Taylor v. Taintor?

  • A fair representation of forfeiture liability management in the bail bond trade.
