I've used rustoeleum in the past with good results. I've heard and may try tractor implement paint sence the firebox is insulated. Heard it goes on thick and doesn't fade, for a shiney finish.
It took 10 months and around 30 to 40 hours a week. I'm the sole builder,so somethings take a little longer. I lack painting and putting the diamond plate decking on the rest of trailer.

I recommend rustoleum paint. it is really A great paint. I have painted mini of pits with it. again great job
