  • wooooooooooooooooooooooooooo go michigannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

  • Ahhh this band is always great. But still. Bucks all the way baby ;)

  • i love wicked! i'd get the chills so bad if we played this

  • My band did Wicked this year and it was a strong show. Even people who never supported my band before this year liked it. I personally have always loved Wicked :]

  • I wish that would hapen here all sumer long Like clock work JUST as the baseball team got out out of practice they would always yell YOU SUK! ALL sumer

  • Haters. All of them. At one of our away band camps, we had someone from our town drive an hour and a half out of the way just so they could shout "You suck ass" all the way from their car.

  • Those bass drum runs are pretty sick.

  • Pretty good. There's an awesome high school band doing a Wicked show Search on You Tube for Sound of Sun Prairie 2009 Championships. Enjoy!

  • Granted, they're such a good band that you'd think they'd be better than the park + bark, but I cannnot at all imagine that this is an easy piece.

But I'm a Michigander, and though I'm an MSU fan, I have to give props to an amazing band :]

  • This is the post game show, not the half time show. During post game the band always plays a few exerts from the half time show.

  • Park and Bark for post game, this isn't half time show.

  • @CARDBOARDx3 This is actually from the postgame show (Notice all the empty seats). I assure you that we do much more than just park and bark =)

  • @CARDBOARDx3 This is a post-game performance, not half-time. That's why we're not moving.

  • @CARDBOARDx3 Our High school played it... I played second bass.. It was a pretty intense tonal bass part. It sounds like they're playing an easier version

  • omfg, Centennial High School in Florida played this...well my band in my freshman year! I love U of M. I was gonna go there, but Im not anymore. Oh well.

  • your loss.... its the finest university in all the land!

  • PARK & BARK!!!

  • for what occasion was that because half of the Big house is empty??

  • Post Game Show

  • Postgame.

  • WOWOWOWOW!!!!

  • I go to Appalachian and stumbled across this - I have to say that it is REALLY good. Beautiful and one of my favorite pieces. Michigan's band has always impressed me

  • i love how they add a little of "no one mourns the wicked" at the end. it was a nice touch, a good rendition.

  • I was was in the MMB back in '75. I am loving how the MMB has the drum corps sound with the traditional Meeeechigan high step. Their sound fills the stadiums so well. At times it can take your breath away. Haters will think otherwise because they are jealous

    GO BLUE

  • WOW. This is a really good rendition.

  • I agree.. good rendition. I would have loved to hear this chart played by OSU or MSU. THey have the low brass sections that could make this piece sparkle.

  • OSU Agreed. O-H

  • I-O

  • nice low brass

  • my sister's on that field playing!!

  • I was in the Minnesota band for a few years, and my friend goes to Michigan. I went to visit her in Ann Arbor the weekend of the Minnesota v. Michigan game, and couldn't get tickets to the game.

I am SO upset I couldn't, because I adore Wicked. Great job!
