@JohnnyDesaint No, a bobber is just a stripped down bike, now if he he made alterations by cutting the frame it would be a chopper.

@JohnnyDesaint yea i know about choppers,chopper bobbers,and bobbers cause my freind builds bikes.im more of a car guy.but i asked him to explain what a bobber is and the main thing is the rear fender cut short or " bobbed".
