Okay for other ppl who can''t see the connection in here well heres the answer. Nexon really messed up on the "Time Line" for their new zombie mode and fireteam. Because Cabin Fever should of came first to explain the reason why in Quarantine mode they have "Zombie Players" because in the ending of Cabin Fever you turn into a zombie therefor if that came out it would explain how the zombies got into Overdose from a Zombie Military Personal.
