Ray had a passion to his performances and a love for it, plus he had a style that isn't seen as much these days, which is one that I personally like. Frank sinatra-Elvis-esque :P an awesome swing and he took risks with it but loved it. He had the energy and was a real entertainer. I can't believe she actually won :S

Ok, I'm from NZ and this show-as far as I know, didn't air here. I just watched Leona sing "A moment like this" and Ray sing "Crazy little thing called love" (so of course I didn't watch all episodes I'm only judging by these two performances) but I see nothing special about this girl. Yes she's pretty, but she's not that great a singer.. she's pretty flat in many parts of the songs and there are millions like her out there.
