If you're using Vegas, all you have to do is change it to wide screen settings. I can tell you how to do it if you want.

Okay, so in Vegas you want to go to Project then scroll all the way down to Properties. When that's open, you'll see a box at the top that says Template. Open it and scroll down to like HD 720 x 30p (1280 x 720) and choose the one with the frame rate you want. I use 29.970fps. Hope that helps. :)
