others are pretty lame, because character just saying something like "Let's go" and everything on screen explodes with rainbows. Like this 2:22.

use daum encoder than gom encoder. I am korean. so I know which is best encoder. but I think therer is more good encoder than these encoder programs.. most programs which are made by some korea are just freeware. these can't compare with other real encoder programs.. but free program is easy to use. but I don't think it is good. it is good comparison. if I eat 100$ food, you eat 5.99$ food everydays. freeware program's quailty is poor but most people don't realize.

@xxXkdashXxx In the KOFXIII official story, it says: Vice and Mature were revived to help protect Orochi's power from being stolen by Those From The Past. Also, Vice and Mature don't seem to care at all that they were killed by Iori. They've gotten over it. lol
