  • fit yes elite athlete uummm no

  • @1969HD1 Exactly :-)

  • Cross fit = most likely to get injured activity ever. If you want to get injured that's what you go there for.

  • The fats are in your nuts lol

  • no yahms or brown rice or ezekiel bread/oats???? im a bodybuilder and i feel amazing when i eat these foods for my carbs. i dont know how these people do it on low carbs, with just veggies and lean meats. pshhh i dont get it???

  • @909javalos Don't forget oatmeal and grits, bro. Ronnie swears by grits.

  • @909javalos paleo carbs are found in living food such as, all fruits and most squahes and watermellon. but like any carbs you can get fat if you dont use them. your carbs come in paper boxes and have the nutrition of cardboard. i cant understand how they make you feel amazing? every paleo person used to eat them and felt like shit.

  • Check outwww.nutrubox.com. Each month they have a variety of high end nutrition products and supplements they can fit into your daily routine and make you a healthier you!

  • good ideas for all.

    wow lots of cf hate..

all i can say, is its a great thing for me and my sport of choice, and if your saying Mikko Salo and guys like Chris Spealler arent elite athletes, you know nothing.

  • based on their diet it seems like these people are into looking good rather than performing at their best. very surprising because I thought crossfitters were trying to be better athletes rather than just training to look good. Potatoes rice and pasta and wheat bread are the best foods to eat to perform in the field. eating a high carb diet at night fills the muscles with energy the next day also.

  • @natekid 4 you are right i eat paleo to look good, my performance score will not impress my doctor or my wife and kids. PS. i dont work out, i just play hard. i will never win a competition. you are on the wrong YouTube Chanel i think.

  • if you think brown rice tastes nasty try eating it raw, you cant. no one can. it will make you shit your guts out. untill cooking food was normal it couldnt be eaten. rice is not paleo.

  • i get about 10percent fat from cow butter and 90 percent from olive oil. i like avacados but they are a little expensive my meats are extreamy lean am i eating fat the right way?

  • notice the fat one eats starchy carbs? i did.

  • @nickc1973 you're a fucking retard dude go look up crossfit games on espn...the shit these men and women do is fucking insane, don't talk about something you don't know about retard.

And fuck a debate i got to much money to make to be talking to your dumbass

  • @TheExalTeDGuy CFers are a bunch of weekend warriors, amateurs, can do no shit, only doing gimmicks to impress faggots and all sorts of wannabies. Fucking insane? HAHA! CF is crap!!! Even their videos are totally gay, with all their gay soundtracks, sexy sweaty chicks for dudes and muscular sweaty dudes for gals. Their hanging clean technique is a pathetic shit! I hate how they lie exhausted on the floor for showing fucking off, CF is a joke, i've seen them training - much hype without essence!

  • ELITE ATHLETES???? WHERE??? These guys can't run, they can't jump, whats elite about a bunch of small sized bodybuilders? This program is for jobronis. Scientifically proven to be detrimental to ATHLETIC performance, they're not athletes at all, they're amateur bodybuilders at best. Sorry guys its science. Bring on the debate.

  • @NickC1973 you are completely wrong there is no debate espn2 0800 wnesdays fittest on earth .........boom

  • @MrGunhoe BOOM?? espn2? Fittest??? but not athletic....you proved my point. There are so many holes in the crossfit ideaology, I won't even get into it here, it's amateur at best. If you want the lowdown PM me.

  • cheese, milk, cream.. not very paleo eh

  • @arriesgarse lots of people who do not have gut issues with dairy incorporate it. I personally haven't cut out diary completely I just minimize it, I find dairy does not cause me too much of an issue in small amounts sporadically (I generally feel worse if i go really heavy on the cheese/milk)

the thing people don't seem to take about the paleo lifestyle is that its not a "this is paleo, this isn't" type of gig. Minmize problematic foods, and know the reasoning for doing so

  • I'm going to have to ditch white rice :(

  • @trecuck just try to time it post-workout. White rice is better than "wholegrain"/brown rice because the bran with all the anti-nutrients/lectins etc has been removed leaving only the starch. Overall though, yes cut that down and try to time it well, that's what I'm doing :)

  • @BLaZeDRas I thought brown rice was better cuz it had all the vitamins and more fiber...either way brown rice tastes nasty so I guess I'll eat rice post-workout

  • @trecuck "whole-grains" are what the mainstream media/medical professionals spew out as being healthy... the actual science/bio-chemistry points to the opposite; especially when it comes to gut-irritating grain proteins like gluten (among others).

The following link contains an exert from Robb Wolf's "the paleo solution" where he goes over much of the bio-chemistry related to health/hormones/etc, this bit contains info on grains:

    fourhourworkweek dot c o m/blog/2010/09/19/paleo-diet-solution/

  • @BLaZeDRas Absolutely! Cheap produce such as whole-grains and potatoes = high yields & more profits !

  • @MsOobii sorry, what?

  • @BLaZeDRas Sorry :) You said wholegrains are promoted by the mainstream professions as being healthy, like dairy is too ? I was in agreement, just pointing out the reason why we're told this sort of crap. Grains and dairy are big business so it's important we think they're healthy too !

  • its about eating the whole, real foods, in moderation.

  • nuts

  • I notice a pattern emerging here !

  • LEAN MEAT!?! Why lean meat? The fattier cuts of meat are much better.

  • @lildarkd the explanation that comes from most paleo folks is that people aren't going to always be buying grass-fed/pasture raised meats its generally better to say "lean" meats because there will be less detrimental omega-6-rich fat on the grain-fed meat they buy. Robb wolf has talked about it quite a few times on his podcast, also the animals we raise for meat now tend to have a lot more fat on them than wild-animals would have when we were "hunter-gatherer". That said, eat grass-fed, eat fat

  • Since when did people start to call Crossfit participants "Elite Athletes?"

  • Congratulations to the chick at 3:51 for being the only white girl in the world who can't eat pasta w/o getting sick. Like all diets, the Paleo Diet is just a fad that will die once scientists bother to debunk it.

  • @elgilicious - I actually get a leaky gut when eating pasta as well and generally feel like I have less energy when I eat it... Sucks how paleo is a fad from the 80's which is growing and how many of today's medical research is proving paleo to be right :P

  • @EvolutionBunny I'd love to read the so-called medical research that proves Paleo right...too bad there isn't any, just a bunch of anecdotes from overzealous Crossfitters.

  • @elgilicious Keep on reading medical researches until you die from blood pressure, diabetes, etc... keep on seeing your dentist, orthopedist and so on, and don't forget to keep on reading medical researches. - This way you'll never find what's best for you, but you'll learn remarkable ability to win any argument by getting "scientific" facts on the table - but that will not keep you from the "modern" society diseases , hehe...

  • @elgilicious Also, there's lots of evidence in support of Paleo, you just have to be able to see that, the right way is almost always the unpopular and the least known way.

  • @elgilicious yes, lets RELY on scientists to check for us whether Paleo diet is a fad or not. Look, I may not be the smartest person, but if I see people who are in shape tell me that the Paleo diet works for them...I am inclined to believe them. Also, its not like these people lose alot of weight and then gain it back...they manage to keep it off. fad diets, on the other hand, ARE NOT SUSTAINABLE...FACT.

  • @Pretending2Bsmart Those people can eat whatever they want and still be in shape. It's called having good genes. That doesn't mean that their diet is a good long-term solution. People shouldn't change their eating habits based on anecdotal evidence from genetically gifted people w/ no scientific backgrounds.

  • @elgilicious first of all, those people clearly tell you that they CAN'T eat whatever they want (few starches, no sugar, no soft drinks, etc) Secondly, how can YOU assume that their success derives wholly from good genes? If you want to rely on Uncle Sam's scientific research to dictate what eating habits you will participate in be my guest. I, for one, follow a diet that resembles Paleo (but I eat more starches) and have 10% bf. i've lost 75 lb in past year... i now weigh 215.

  • @Pretending2Bsmart Mesomorphs like the people in this vid can eat whatever they want; they merely choose not to. Furthermore, genes determine one's ability to build muscle and burn fat. It's not an assumption, but a fact that anyone who has passed high school biology would know. Finally, burning more calories than you consume induces weight loss, whether the calories are Paleo approved or not. There's nothing special about Paleo, yet it comes w/ so many sacrifices. It's bullshit.

  • @elgilicious my question is: How can YOU assume that ALL these people are mesomorphs? That's right, you can't. You're just making textbook assumptions to fit your negative preconceptions about any meal program that isn't scientist approved.

  • @Pretending2Bsmart I know they're mesomorphs because I looked at them. It's amusing how you dismiss unfavorable facts as assumptions. You'd fit in at Fox News or CNN.

  • @elgilicious Let me remind you, Paleo Diet is not "Like all diets". Paleo Diet used to be the major diet of the human beings throughout their history , so it's not "Just", on the contrary, grain diet IS "Just".

  • @valgez1 Wow, three replies, each more nonsensical than the last. First, humans can adapt to new diets very quickly, as evidenced by the fact that the vast majority of people who eat Neolithic foods don't get sick because of it; Asians and Europeans don't get sick even though their diets revolve around pasta/noodles. Second, it's better to hold tight and wait for the facts to come in than to change how I eat solely b/c of a bunch of Crossfitters' anecdotes

  • @elgilicious Fuck the CrossFitters, it's not about them. And fuck you remarkable mathematical abilities to count the messages, it's not about them either. Just do your research and you'll find that since agriculture's development, human bones and teeth deteriorated, higher incidence of arthritis and all that. Humans are not supposed to see dentists at all, save at old age. Look how sick people are around, both Europeans and Asians, diabetes, teeth, arthritis, what other prove d u need?

  • @valgez1 Asians and Europeans live longer than everybody else and are extremely healthy even though they eat evil foods like potatoes and noodles. Your theory is total bullshit. Heavily processed foods like Twinkies and Big Macs are bad, yes, but not whole wheat and rice. Name one scientific study that proves a CAUSAL link between eating grains and cereals and illness. I also didn't know "teeth" was a sickness...

  • @elgilicious Life expectancy? Only some Asian countries like Japan (eating lots of seafood, incl lots of raw fish and raw beef, which is :-) PALEO). And yes, Asians and Europeans eat less junk. Extremely healthy? Compared to US? Who cares about US? I compare to what people would be like. Scientific study? Since agriculture invention, humans bones and teeth started going bad-check it! Not enough? Bad teeth at young age is a sign of a serous metabolism disorder and lack of vitamins and minerals.

  • @elgilicious In fact, there is pretty much evidence on the links between grains and cereals diet and bad health. The problem is there are so many contradicting facts, that it's easy to get lost. Instead of looking for facts that Paleo diet is best, I'd rather be looking for facts that Grains diet is best, Paleo is readily available in a jungle and in a forest, I, as a human, have been eating it all my life, to get grains I need to process them, so, please, convince me that i should do it.

  • @valgez1 Really? Name one study that concludes that whole grains, cereals, rice, etc. cause illness. You won't find it. You need convincing? Europeans eat pasta and bread and Asians eat rice and noodles, but their health overall is superb. The Japanese and the Icelanders are not dropping dead early from eating sandwiches and sushi; in fact, they have the longest life expectancies. Moderation is the key to health, not the extreme sacrifice characteristic of the Paleo diet.

  • @elgilicious Look up an archeological research proving that since agriculture's development some 10,000 years ago, human bones and teeth started going bad, as a result of drastic changes in the diet. Paleo is not extreme sacrifice, people have eaten Paleo some 99% of their history, and grains diet is very young, so the grains diet is an extreme change, not the opposite. Im not going to find studies, - if you want to, you'll find it yourself.

  • @valgez1 I've presented evidence of countries full of people who are perfectly healthy overall on a diet that revolves around eating rice and/or grains. For instance, people from Japan, Iceland, and Hong Kong have the longest life expectancies according to the U.N., and they all eat rice/pasta/grains (non-Paleo).The majority of people who eat neolithic food have perfectly good teeth; the ADA has never said "don't eat bread." I like how you cite research but can't tell me who did it or when.

  • @elgilicious And you know what? The facts will never come in! In the end, it's you who decides for yourself what's good for you. The facts will always be biased, business-sponsored, bogus, and just straight dumb. Why d u ever expect to get the facts when it concerns such a complicated mechanism as human body?

  • 1:37 to 1:50 wtf is it a guy or a girl i dont mean to be mean but wtf...

  • has anyone ever thought that these people feel better not because this diet restricts healthy carbs, but because it also restricts things such as alcohol and processed unhealthy carbs. ive seen some other paleo videos. they're always drinking coffee in the morning!!!! why not fruit instead???

  • ive ate strict paleo for about 2 and a half months ... I didn't notice a HUGE difference in performance.. I felt a little lighter, but it may have been from less food intake (i was still eating plenty, just not like a bagel and 3 bowls of cereal before i go to bed ha) I'm now on a modified version, I mix in high cacoa choclates, some cottage cheese, all natural oatmeal,a pizza once a week, etc. cannot say its slowed me down at all. im living proof paleo wont change everyone

  • Paleo works for everyone, whoever argues that fact is only gonna look stupid in time. 9 dislikes WTF! You guys keep getting your health info from adverts and we will stick with the Bio-chemists.Long live all those on paleo (you have no choice in the matter),all the rest can suck our muscular asses.

  • @lordcod Hmmm, let's see. Jack Lalanne promoted whole grains, fruits and vegetables. He did not eat ANY meat or dairy. Let's see, Tony Gonzales, the All-Pro tight end, is a vegetarian, eating lots of whole grains. He played in the NFL. How about you?

  • @bsumiko jack ate fish and ate very little amounts of whole grain. Only pida bread (if i spelled that right) when he went to restaurants to have soup. and egg whites. I think its mostly personal feeling man. Im a high fat person. At the same time im open minded. not a narrow minded asshole. Just gotto find what works for you. I respect people who eat carbs. And those so called "fruitarians" that eat nothing but fruit. even tho they talk down on me. its all good.

  • @clearviewhigh Jack always promoted whole grains - there's videos of him saying to eat whole grains. I agree with you - it is "all good". Find whatever works for you - that's the key. Besides, my comment was SPECIFICALLY directed at "lordcod". He said that "Paleo works for everyone..." No it doesn't.

  • @bsumiko Interesting. Never saw the vid. only read his interviews. They all had the same info. But ya paleo probably doesnt work for everybody. Honostly with my eating style. I do high fat. But from nuts and seeds. Im not to big of a fan on meat. Im more of a high fat raw foodist. i soak my nuts to :) lol that always sounds silly when i type it out.

  • @lordcod HAHAHAHAHA

  • So many haters out there who have NO idea what it means to be truly "fit" in terms of performance, longevity, health. Go ahead and follow the globo lead, spend 15 hours a week in the gym, spend hundreds a month on supplements, and irritate everyone around you with your carb aggression and roid rage. Sure, you can out-flex me, but who cares. I'll outlive you, be in a cheery mood throughout, and have time for LIFE. =) Yay CrossFit!

  • BEFORE believing anything this video says KNOW THIS! people in this video and all other crossfitters have no clue what there talking about when it comes to nutrition!!!! it has been proven time and time again in multiple studies that carbs are the main source of energy for the body!!!!

  • @vinni2O Why are fats more calorie dense then? Per gram of carbs you get 4 calories, and per gram of fats you get 9 calories.

They are only the main energy source if your caloric intake of carbs is higher than the others, otherwise they are your main energy source.

  • @StruDawg93 that has nothing to do with which one your body uses first. your body uses carbs first then it uses fats.

  • @vinni2O So? Why does the order of which body uses macronutrirents matter? If you don't take carbs, then slow releasing fats will be used up. Admittedly after exercise to return blood glucose levels to normal, carbs are needed. Glucose causes insulin spikes and this leads to weight gain and increase of body fat %, which is not what you want if you are a performance athlete.

  • @vinni2O carbs from vegitables

  • male and female there are some attractive people in this clip.

  • None of those people were fit. And their diets are terrible. Staying away from starches won't give you more energy. Potatoes and noodles give you some of the best and healthiest energy you can find. There is almost no possible way you can get enough carbs from vegetables and fruit. All you need to do is supplement Vitamin C, eat good starches, consume dairy, and get meat in you. Do that, and you'll actually be fit. Not average like the ones in this video.

  • @travz21 If these people are so unfit you should go to the Cross fit games and show them what real fitness is. Or post some videos showing your amazing levels of fitness. Sad how everybody is a critic.

  • @XCritonX I don't need to enter competitions or upload videos to get peoples' comments to know I'm fit. It's something called self confidence.

  • @travz21 HAHAHAHAHAHAH... Ever tried the paleo diet? Don't knock it till you try it.. These people will crush you in a workout, and are likely to live longer than you

  • @daishan089 I'm sure that was a very calculated and thought out post, considering you have no idea of my physical capabilities. For all the work they put into their diets, they still have flab, they lack tone, and most of them are just bulked up. They are just in mediocre shape. That's just the way it is. You can't say these people are in super shape when they lack 6-packs and you can't see any cuts in their muscles whatsoever. You can't even say they are in good running shape.

  • @travz21 @travz21 Not at all. What's ridiculous is your propensity to label showy, non functional muscles as the only characteristic of fitness. To be brutally honest, physical appearance is a less than ideal method of measuring fitness. I'll give you an example of the "ridiculous" notion that Crossfitters are elite athletes. But I'm sure your stats top Mikko's.

  • @travz21 Google search him: Mikko Salo

  • @daishan089 But that's not to say they aren't healthy. They are better off than 90% of Americans. But to label these people as elite athletes is extremely ridiculous.

  • @travz21 wow your stupid

  • @lordcod

Wow my stupid? Maybe you meant "you're". Nice one, dude.

  • Fit4you is retarded as hell. If you go on their site and look at their food pyramid it says "veggies are the only carbs you need" which is bullshit. If all you ate were veggies you'd need to consume 40 servings per day at least. Obviously they have no idea what they are talking about. You at least need a few servings of fruit a day as well. And pasta is fucking delicious. Just eat whole wheat for more fiber. Carbs in pasta are at a fairly low glycemic index and are not bad.

  • what about Panda Express and Progenex?

  • these motherfuckers be cheating on their diets. Most of em are fat.

  • good to hear most of these guys stay away from grains and starches etc

  • alot of these ppl know what they are talking about (kind of )

the rest really have no idea what they are talking about .

some of them are apparently dedicated athletes . but what the hell do you mean by "elite athletes" ?

anyway for whoever is interested , don't forget fish , nuts and olive oil ,

and you shouldNOT "stay away from pasta" only the sause .

  • Too much fat clogs red blood cells. U wanna outperform every athlete in the world? Eat hippocrates health institute style,

Green juices, vegetables , loads of sprouts, nuts and seeds and a bit of sprouted grains ( sprouting a grain makes protein go up wich regulates your blood stream and low insulin is used)

    So yeah..... Sprout the grain!

  • The Paleo Cult.

Coming to a feild near you..

  • If you consider CrossFit a sport, then they are elite athletes. If you do not consider CrossFit a sport, then they are extemely fit individuals. Are the Strong Man competitions a sport? I say yes. Are decathlon specialists as fast as elite sprinters? No. Are decathlon specialists going to throw a shot-put as far as the elite shot-putters? No. You don't haggle the decathlete. CrossFit is gaining popularity and is considered a sport by most; if so, then they are elite athletes.

  • the problem with grains are that they cause a rapid rise in glucose levels. you can get sufficient fiber from fruits and lots of vegetables.

  • @jrodpaul Yes but grains are rich sources of B - vitamins and other important mineral. the BEST way to go is sprout your own grain and dehydrate it.

Sprouted grains contain much more protein wich will balance your blood gucose levels.

Sprouted Grains is THE FUEL for professional athletes (no saturated fat, no clogging up blood cells , just very nutrient densed clean energy)

  • I work out at the gym so much that i'm practically known there but when I tried crossfit out for my first time. I completed the workout in good time but DAMN I HAD TO SUFFER LIKE SHIT in order to finish. Props to whoever does crossfit its intense man. my respects to everyone who workouts to stay fit in general :D

  • Crossfitting is rough, and it's got my respect, but I'm going to have to disagree with the whole grains are bad line of thinking

  • @smeba1 So how are whole grains bad for you? Can you explain it please, I always thought they contained a good source of fiber in them? Or was that a fluke?

  • @crazyjudo01 grains cause inflammation

  • I would like to see all these bicep curling 24 hour fitness faggots do fran in under 6

    or grace in under 5

or even just finish murph in less than an hour.

none of these haters coulda qualified at any of the sectionals,

dont talk shit till ya'll try it

  • do they eat beans ?

  • @limpanbe yes

  • @sjktss CrossFit is way better and tougher than whatever crap you do. Take a CrossFitter and you in a workout, you'll look like a little panzee

  • pasteurized egg whites and whole milk? around 2:56 ? Is that safe? I thought raw eggs were bad for you?

  • haha, i ran in the in the low 10's crossfitting in highschool... theres no reason to knock another persons training methodology.

  • i EAT BURGERS everyday, I can do a 11s 100m dash, deadlift 515lbs squat 400lbs and I usually run a few miles once a week. In your face crossfit!

  • hahaaa....

  • lol in your face haha you would get fucked up even trying to qualify for xfit games

  • @lukesimianer

im only 17 though... i know how insecure you crossfitters are.. dont worry :)

  • there's a difference between insecure and self-critical. the people on that video are able to look at themselves everyday to figure out what to improve on. also i hope you put that good fitness to use instead of just bragging about it on youtube.

  • Hamburgers are lean meat on bread. The reason why people think they are bad is because the fries and coke helps to pull them into that "oh no"-category.

  • @wtfudimbo Easier Said Than Done

  • 1:58 - I can't help but get a powerful urge to punch the woman on the right. That voice is so annoying.

  • was that asian person male or female?

  • Female I think.

  • @FormPolice Probably a FTM.

  • What was that guy with the hammer doing at the start of the vid? What kind of a lame-assed mincer wields a hammer like that? Perhaps if he kept his shirt on he would not have looked like such a balloon lol

  • The workout was row 1k, then take a 4 foot iron bar and hammer it into concrete until less than six inches was showing. He was starting his spike so that it would stay in the ground when he started really hitting it.

  • lol

  • good stuff

  • well put Lunitik75. I have also been to the games, and it is incredible what they go through.

  • Its proven that the top Crossfitters are indeed the elite in all-around fitness. They may not be able to beat the top athletes in each individual sports category, but given a competition in functional fitness including many aspects, Crossfitters would excel past the experts in one area. Having seeing these games first-hand, I absolutely believe that to be true. Sorry bout the fat kid comment....

  • If you know ANYTHING about Crossfit, you'd know that Crossfit create extremely elite athletes, look up what the Crossfit games actually is.

  • I've seen it. They're basically slower than Elite Sprinters, Weaker than Elite Olympic Weightlifters, have less Endurance than Elite Marathon Runners, are worse in gymnastics than Elite Gymnasts. But they are Elite in being so-so at everything.

  • Basically Crossfitters are faster than you, stronger than you, have more endurance than you, are better gymnasts than you and are elite at owning you. Good Day, fat kid.

  • bahahaha, never said I was faster, stronger, or have more endurance. I was merely pointing out the fact that crossfit is not particularly elite because there are already sports where athletes compete in to reach actual elite levels of strength, speed, or endurance. However, if Greg Glassman can coach a 77kg lifter to out Snatch Taner Sagir, then Crossfit wins.

  • That's not the point. A 77kg CrossFIt athlete could theoretically be coached to out-snatch Sagir (leaving aside for a minute the fact that Sagir is an extremely gifted athlete to begin with), but in order to do so he would have to devote all of his training time to the snatch, and would have no time or energy to spend working on all the other things that are part of CF (gymnastics, running, etc). In other words, he would no longer be a CFer, just a weightlifter.

  • To put it another way: getting good at everything means never becoming truly outstanding at any one thing. That's the compromise inherent to the CF style of training, and admittedly it's not for everyone.

  • @ArentWeSpecial overall health and fitness seems to be goal here...so I guess you'd get really good at that :)

  • What are you people calling an athlete? Of course CrossFitters aren't as fast as elite sprinters, aren't as powerful as elite OLY lifters or strong as powerlifters, and aren't as good as elite gymnasts. They don't set out to be elite at anything, they set out to be in the 95th percentile in everything.

An elite weightlifter CAN'T also be an elite gymnast or sprinter, it's next to impossible to be elite at a dual sport. The only few I know of are like Sheila Young (cycling and speed skating)

  • your dumb

  • @IrishMarc1

lmao. yeah i love it man. elite muthafuckas the crossfitters!!!! lmao. the self proclaimed elite cyborg athletes.

  • @hybridman seriously? what are you, a professional football player? for the record, several nfl teams use crossfit, and now many of the elite long-distant runners (recently the boston marathon winner) use crossfit trianing methodology. the cf games are people who take crossfit training and make it a sport. these are elite athletes by any standard. it's not about "self-procaimed," police departments/academies across the nation are incorporating xfit and are "proclaiming" results in data form

  • @jrodpaul This is a joke, right? The winner of the Boston Marathon does not do CrossFit in any way. And there are no NFL football teams that do CrossFit. Maybe there are a few NFL players that have tried some workouts on their own in the offseason, but no team has incorporated it. And likely never will.

  • @IrishMarc1 elite athletes ha this is funny.

  • Man, they could not sound more like zombies

    "FRUITS..... VEGGIES..... LEAN PROTEIN..... BRAINSS...."

  • it sounds ridiculous, i thought the same at first, but ive stuck with that diet for close to 2 months now and its not hard to stick with and actually does leave you feeling a lot better.

  • @waaghman69

mate I was taking the piss. Honestly I tried crossfit and its harder than it looks. Beat me up real good. Respect to the people who do crossfit. :)

  • peanuts? - Ok lots of Peanut butter

Fruit? - Ok Lots of fruit rollup

Vegetables? - Ok lots of ketchup & Salad dressing

Fish? - Ok lots of Gold fish

Meat? - ok Lots of big macs

    =D

  • LOL

  • sounds like you got your diet dialed in dude.

  • well done

  • You forgot the cookies

  • wish I went to the games. Good info

  • I like it

  • I looks hot in Cali

  • Good stuff
