I have a question. It's not really related to stringing but whatever. I bought a lax head today with hard mesh. I'm kind a' new to lax and I asked my friend how to make the pocket better. (The pocket was the size of a girls stick) So anyway he said to put it in warm water and then keep tossing a ball inside to break in the pocket. So I did that and now the mesh is not hard anymore.

Getting the mesh wet most of the time just makes it soft. To make the pocket bigger you have to play around with the bottom strings and stuff. Hopefully you already know this since it's been a year lol.

with soft mesh its pretty hard to keep a pocket for more than a couple of days. just keep on using to pocket maker overnight, or if you dont have one, use a lax ball and a screwdriver.
