Nooo....Riker and Troi were together even before they were both posted to Enterprise, and then they were kind of 'off and on' (though they claimed only to be friends) through the TNG series. Troi was involved for a little bit with Worf, but it didn't last very long.

Yeah, I know that now. When I posted that comment, I had only seen a few of the episodes. 'Just friends' my ASS! They were always together. Deanna and Riker could be pretty stupid. They should have known they would always end up together.
