actully the song is called "H.I.M" so i guess "あいつ" or "Aitsu" means that guy in this case. That's werid because Ai is Love in Japanese and Chinese(Mandarin) maybe it has to do with love since the song lyrics goes like "I can't stop thinking about him" in english.
