According to the Mayo Clinic, "your water needs depend on many factors, including your health, how active you are and where you live." No single formula fits everyone, but knowing more about your body's needs or fluids will help you estimate how much water to drink daily. The Institute of Medicine adequate intake (AL) men- approx. 3 liters & (AL) women- 2.2 liters (about 9 cups) Glad you enjoyed the video & thanks for your input. Susan

The hydrocortisone cream is NOT be applied directly to skin but being mixed into Cetaphil moisturizing creme & this changes the complexity of hydrocortisone. Cortizone is over the counter, therefore not as strong as the prescription formula. This "recipe" is not for psoriasis but for dry skin. I am glad to hear that you know people not allergic to lanolin but it does NOT agree w/ my skin type. Thanks for sharing. Susan
Hydrocortizone creams will work well, but using for a long period and then abruptly stopping use can result in a rebound reaction, bringing the original condition back worse than ever. I need to use them as I have psoriasis, but you have to taper off them.
Also, I don't agree with her statement about lanolin. I know many handspinners who have their hands in the stuff all the time and their hands are soft and nails strong.
Using cortizone for a long period will have as result more hairs on the places where you use the creme the most. Trust me I know I'm having skin problems myself and for years the doctors made my mum put that creme on the spots
and now I have more concentrated hair on those places...and for a girl it's not a pretty problem to have..so think twice before your trying this methode.
My child broke out from a cheep body was and her doc. told us to do this we mixed it in my had then put on her body for a week and it helped the first time we put it on.
WARNING!!! WARNING!!! dont try this at home... the 2 moisturizers had this kind of reaction and after a week the cream started turning grey/blue then it made me break out sooo much! i wasted my cetaphil and my itching cream!
it would work better if you used the other end of the spoon to mix!
