  • This video helped me pass some compacted waste. Thanks Thoth-Edema-Smiff!!

  • Joseph was mistaken, Jesus....said the way was narrow, these are not notions of men....

matt 7:13Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. 15Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

  • @LDS4Life71 Where is it found in the Bible? Book, Chapter and Verse please.

  • Joseph Smith was a big admirer of Muhammed. And no wonder. Wives and more wives.

  • @LDS4Life71 No, You LDS folks do not make Jesus Christ to be Lord by making Lucifer his brother. NO way! Also, if u really did believe the first century apostles, u would not have to present "another testamony of Jesus Christ, Book of Mormon" which contradicts the 1st gospel of Jesus Christ, The Bible. Go back & believe the Bible & God will open you eyes to see what is Truth & falsehood. I believe the Bible because God is able to give me decernment regardless of others past misunderstandings.

  • @LDS4Life71 Jesus is the Son of God and the LDS Church says Lucifer is his brother. Hello, you make Lucifer a Son of God by logical default! Guy, your just doctrinally splitting hairs. Lucifer is an angel created by God in eternity past, who later turn on God and was tossed out of heaven. Furthermore, the Jewish texts are the foundation to the New Testament, which I agree with already, so whats your point? The Islamic faith copied/ripped off the previously written OT & NT accounts of Lucifer.

  • @LDS4Life71 You have no idea what you are talking about. Go to the first book of the Bible which is John 1:1. Then read 1-3 and prove Lucifer exist at that time. And take notice of who it is clearly stating created all things in the 3rd verse. Once you come to grips with what it states and put everything else to the side, Jesus is as old as God Himself is. There was no one else for the Almightly Father to choose, much less the need of a council.

  • @LDS4Life71 You lie like a dog. IF LDS didn't believe lucifer was equal to God, you wouldn't have believe there was such a thing as a "Council of gods" to decide who be the saviour of the world to begin with.

  • @LDS4Life71 Pffffttt...spooder and streetrace gotta be what, about 6yrs old?!

Their juvenile comments aren't even reply worthy

  • @TrickTrolan The evidence of one losing a debate is belittling & name calling his opponents. Your charactersation of myself & Streetrace as six year olds only proves to me that we are hitting the mark. There is too much at stake eternally for the souls of people to be playing petty games of who is right. I believe LDS people to be decent good people who are simply misled by a man who himself is mistaken & decieved. I will pray that God will open the eyes of all peoples to Himself, not just LDS.

  • @LDS4Life71 You mean because your "prophet" standing behind the pulpit didn't tell you he was into witchcraft that it just can't be true? Tell me, if he did, would you still be a member of the LDS?

  • @LDS4Life71 I don't know to laugh at you or cry for you....a prophet from God. That why you can find his name in the Bible as well. Who you kidding?

  • @LDS4Life71 If you believe your own ignorance comment, God made dogs too so you must be one as well.

  • @LDS4Life71 About the RCC, you are absolutely 100% correct! BUT, Jesus is not Satan's brother and Adam is not God. Kolab is a fiction as is content of the Book of Mormon. The LDS is just another pseudo Christian cult & spawn of the devil a.k.a. Lucifer. You will not be married in heaven or rule over your own planet and be a little god with a wife who is eternally pregnant having spirit babies. BTW, question...are you wearing your holy underwear? URA LUNATICK. Poor, sad, person U R.

  • @successlosing

    True that Josh

  • For the record, 2 Nephi 26:33 is a GOOD companion scripture to this one in "Alma."

  • @LDS4Life71

Great vid brotha thanx for sharin....

Lol these Anti's are killin me...

Has anyone other than us Saints ever heard of Faith?!

    Lol ...smh

  • @TrickTrolan - yes, Faith is a very hands off-entitlement sort of thing, for most people. It's very liberal in nature. Not ALL liberals are anti-mormon but all anti-mormons are most certainly Liberal.

  • @LDS4Life71 What you satanic cult members will say to cover up any facts. No wonder Mitt was quoted saying that he's just like Obama. I would tell you to go to thedarksideofsaltlakecity(dot)org website but it has been taken down in resent months. If it wasn't for YouTube, I would post it here where a man from the same time period has on his tomb stone that he was 33* Mason when he was alive. Don't tell me it didn't exist back then.

  • @LDS4Life71 I know for a fact that LDS Church teachs that Jesus and Lucifer are brothers. For you to say that "God the Father and the Son are One and Eternal beings" while teaching that Jesus and Lucifer are brothers is to say Lucifer and the Father are One. Jesus is Lord and Lucifer (better know as Satan) will never be One. Sorry, but you serve another Jesus and I don't comdemn you for that because you don't know better. However, you need to know that and go back to research the fact.

  • @LDS4Life71 Joseph Smith was a good man who wanted more of God and I don't blame him. However, sadly he was mistaken.

  • @spooderdoggy You are correct. The mormons proclaim it was at the "council of gods" that Jesus was picked to be the Saviour of the World. John 1:1-3 means nothing to them.

  • @streetrace442, LDS4Life71 states and confirms your statement that mormons believe "There was a council of the Gods." and futhermore says that "We are all of the same species as God." Notice that he calls your word "gods" as "Gods" with a capital G. This must not bode well for his "God". All we have to do is take one look the state of humanity and the general behavior of people to see that we can't be the same "species" as God. If he believes this then his "God" must not be much better then us.

  • @spooderdoggy He doesn't understand the difference between a little or big "g" God in the Bible.A little g god in the Bible means a demon or devil; while a big G God is referring to the Almightly God/Jesus only. Therefore, the LDS guy is claiming demons and devils to be equal with God to refer to it as a "council of the Gods".Yet, the first book of the Bible, John, in the first 3 verses tells us that no one exist before God/Jesus to have such a council regardless of what he quotes.

  • @streetrace442 Yes! And on top of that, the LDS guy does not realize that he comes across as a polytheist where he and the LDS Church just thinks 'their jesus' is the one god out of many they made him to be the top god for them. Thus, this brings us back to my original post claiming the LDS Church, by the video presented, believes in Universalism and they (LDSers) just want everyone else to join their particular way to God. THIS IS NOT CHRISTIAN FOR SURE!

  • @spooderdoggy I agree with you 100%. You notice some of my questions and comments I have put fore to him, he is refusing to address.

  • @LDS4Life71 I just showed you it by qouting Jesus himself unless you don't believe the Bible to be the Word of God in which Jesus is called the Word. You guys call the Book of Mormon "another gospel of Jesus Christ". The problem is you use this book to undue the 1st Gospel of Jesus Christ the Bible. So, God is divided in himself with two competing gospels, or at least your god is. Jesus claim exclusive diety and the only way to God. Your video says the opposite. Is Jesus, liar, lunitic, or LORD?

  • This video depicts "Universalism" which means all roads lead to the same God. How then does this position compare to the exclusive claim Jesus Christ made in John 14:6 that "I am the Way (only Way), and the Truth (only eternal Truth), and the Life (only eternal Life), no man comes to the Father (Father God) except through me"? The short answer is that this position of the Church of LDS conflicts with the teaching of Jesus Christ himself. There is no other way to God but through Jesus Christ.

  • Joseph Smith was so Christian that on the day he died there was found a glass ball in his pocket that witches use refered to as "glass looking".. When he joined the masonic lodge, he made 33* mason in less than 2 weeks. Coincidence? Not by any means!

  • Mormons and Muslims .... no wonder. They are both evil cults. Roman Catholicism will likely bring all three together.

  • Yes Brigham Young and Mohammed had a lot in common. They both really liked underage girls and used "revelations" to get what they want. They were both violent and murdered those who disagreed with them.

  • @LDS4Life71 I read the op ed columns of Jews living in the Mideast. I read of the current social problems among Muslims due to polygamy. The consequences of polygamy are timeless and universal.

  • @LDS4Life71 The fruits of polygamy have always been heartache and tragedy. Abraham taking Sarah's handmaid was a disaster. Jacob's first wife must have had a great deal of pain since Rebecca was Jacob's favorite. David's household was a mess. So all in all, polygamy has been a problem. G_d allowed it as he now allows divorce because of the hardness of men's hearts. The quintessential marriage was Adam and Eve not Adam, Eve and Amy, etc.

  • @LDS4Life71 Yes, and those stupid Jews. How can they not see that Ezekiel was prophesying about some 19th Century peep stone user. And while were on the subject of children, aren't 14 year old girls considered children when the median age for marriage in the early 19th Century was over 20? Thus the jab about Joseph's "stick", my naive child.

  • @LDS4Life71 Aside from that Joseph's "stick" got him into a lot of trouble, if you get my drift. O_O

  • @LDS4Life71 This is one of the hallmarks of a cult, they will claim a passage of the Bible refers to their sect specifically. The correct interpretation of Ez 37:15-17 is a few verses later in Ez 37:22. It is a prophecy that the Southern kingdom ("Judah") and Northern kingdom of Israel ("Joseph") will be returned from exile, restored to their land, and made one nation again. Hebrew term translated as "stick" (aits) is never used anywhere in the O.T. to represent a book or scroll or writing.

  • @LDS4Life71 then why are there no prophesies about him in Torah/Gospels! Quran is truly the word of Allah(God Almighty the Creator of all things seen/unseen) aka YHWH/Elohim the one n only!!!!

  • @LDS4Life71 you made my day :D was nice to talk to you, see you, Jesus

  • @PKJohansson The church of Jesus Christ was restored by Jesus christ through Joseph Smith. Hope you'll investigate.

  • I don't know who's more retarded, muslims or mormons

  • The Prophet/Messenger Muhammad(saw) was prophesied in Hinduism(Vedas) Judaism(Torah) n Christianity(Gospels) but Joseph Smith was not he proclaimed himself a prophet not God he is a False prophet/Apostle like Paul the deceiver/liar! La ilaha illallah muhammadur rasulullah(There is no god/gods worthy of worship except Almighty God the Creator Allah and Muhammad is his last/final Messenger/Prophet/Servant) May God almighty Allah bless and have mercy on you Peace!

  • shaytan will play all kind of tricks to misguide MUSLIM

LA ILAH ILA LAH MUHAMADAN RASUL ALAH

  • This is not of God..and I'll never except this.ONE WORLD CHURCH is not of God.

  • @LDS4Life71 josheph smith was a child molester/racsist who didnt have a fukin clue about anything.not to mention mormons could never be apart of the hamatic people in the bible who started the very basis of every religion.JESUS WAS AND IS AND WILL ALLWAYS BE BLACK! THE SAME BLACKNESS IN WHICH MORMONS SAY IS CURSED!.and dont give me that shit about jesus being olive complected becous olives come in two colors.green/black and NO ONES GREEN.

  • Mormons know nothing of the Bible to which they claim to know and believe in..Abraham had adultery with Hagar once at sarahs advice to bear him a son. he was not a prophet or polygamist.David did not have 1000 wives or concubines sorry...Joseph Smith had sexual relations with a documented minimum 8 women who were currently married to other men (and no divorce). So by your definition he was an adulterer not repenting, + in the lake of fire-! Follow his teachings and youll spend eternity with him

  • @ssuperbill2 Abraham(pbuh) didnt had ''adultery'' DO YOUR RESEARCH he just had a second wife!

If you are a real christian you should know that you can never attack abraham(pbuh) and after that call christanity a abrahimic-religon!!

It was not david(pbuh) who had 1000wives and cocubines but Solomon(pbuh) according to the bible!

I dont know the story about Joseph Smith because i am muslim myself and i never did research on Mormons but you should be much more respectfull against others

  • @LDS4Life71 One of the ten commandments given by God to man (hence God's law) says you shall not commit adultery! Revelation 21:8 says unrepentant adulterers will go to hell! Why defend Joseph Smith to the death? He broke God's laws and claimed God told him to break them! He is in hell according to the Bible.

  • @LDS4Life71 Is adultery sin? Yes David committed adultery but he repented of it and sought God's forgiveness. Joseph Smith pursued more then 11 married women and committed adultery with them claiming it was God's will and justifying it while keeping it a secret from his first wife Emma. Is God ok with Joseph Smiths adultery according to the Bible? Polygamy aside just address Smith's adultery which he never confessed. Smith is in hell according to the Bible for his adultery alone is he not?

  • @LDS4Life71 J.Smith was persecuted because he took 33 women to be his wives,he told married women that God spoke and him to marry them and take them as his own wife and said it was God's will to keep it a secret from his first wife emma! This is ADULTERY! Dozens of his prophecies restricted to specific times and places did not come true. In addition to women Joseph Smith pursued treasure with witchcraft and had a seer stone in his pocket even at death. Smith pursued women, and treasure not God.

  • @LDS4Life71 I wouldn't begin to enter into a deep conversation with you about the mystery of the godhead 1Tim3:16+ Colosians2:9. You won't acknowledge that Joseph Smith's doctrines are anti bible and anti Christ and are being intellectually dishonest and willingly ignorant of the truth. I have no problem with mormons believing what they want so long as they don't claim it to be in line with Christ's teaching and the God of the Bible...because its 100% not as demonstrated!

  • @LDS4Life71 Do you read Isaiah for truth? Isaiah 43:10, Isaiah 44:6, Isaiah 44:8, Isaiah 45:5, Isaiah 45:14, Isaiah 45:21, Isaiah 46:9, Deuteronomy 4:35 Deuteronomy 6:4, Deuteronomy 4:39, Deuteronomy 32:39. Compare those with Joseph Smith, "We have imagined and supposed that God was God from all eternity, I will refute that idea,...God was once a man like us; yea, that God himself the Father of us all, dwelt on an earth the same as Jesus Christ himself did." Journal of Discourses, vol. 6, p. 3

  • @LDS4Life71 @LDS4Life71 Paul quoted the pagan poets Aratus and Epimenides of Crete in the book of Acts and Titus. Does that mean their work should be included in the Bible too as God's Word? Silly logic mate. You cannot accept the Word of God that exists that states there is one God from everlasting to everlasting...contrary to the teachings of LDS church why do you need more scripture?

  • @LDS4Life71 Jesus quoted Isaiah and Deuteronomy thereby attesting to its inspiration of God. Accurate books preserved in Jewish and Christian tradition and verified in Dead Sea Scrolls find. Dozens of passages in these 2 books alone testify that God is not a man, was never a man, is eternal, there will be no god after him, there were no gods before him, and that he alone is God! Christians have the testimony of Jesus Christ, Moses, Isaiah and all the true prophets of God. Mormons have Mr. Smith

  • @LDS4Life71 The Bible teaches that...and the Koran teaches that He is eternal, even the original Book of Mormon taught that, but the current book of mormon, joseph smiths later teachings and lds church doctrine say God was once a man, not eternal, a man who became a god like the god before him, and jesus will become god, and you can become god....if you believe in Joseph Smith, get married in the temple, become a mormon...

  • @kdwhpunkscripture I would rather read eyewitness testimony of Christ as recorded in the Gospels then an different account written 600 years after Jesus lived (Koran) or 1800 years after (BoM). Also Mormons have a unique translation of the Bible known as Joseph Smith Translation not KJV. Ask McKenzie if they believe God was God from everlasting to everlasting and is the only God or if the LDS doctrines of many gods is true. They can't both be equal when they contradict each other....

  • @kdwhpunkscripture they may quote a verse here and there to twist and support mormon doctrine but as a whole when confronted with scripture they reject it. God claims to be the one and only God before Him there was no God and neither will there be after Him, from everlasting to everlasting He is God. Dozens of times in the new and old testament we read this but Mormon doctrine teaches God was once man, and man can become gods. Most mormons have no idea what Jesus taught or the what Bible says..

  • Mormons and Muslims have very similar beliefs...They believe that regardless of their sin, God will forgive them if they do more good then bad. However a just judge cannot overlook disobedience of the law. Both Mormons and Muslims reject Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 3:23, and Romans 6:23. Mormons will follow the LDS church, false prophets, and false manuals to hell because they do not read the actual teachings of Christ in the gospels.

  • Bridges were created so that people could cross to the other side, not just stay on the bridge.

    /watch?v=UJhPaSXVrKI

  • Islam is the ONLY way to paradise. Only people who read the Quron and usr their common sense to convert to Islam shall enter the gates of paradise. O people believe in the Quron, its the very woorx of God and truthness of the Bible, Torah and Gospel. Dont listen to testiments.

  • God loves us all no matter what we do but in the words of Johnny Cash we are one but we are not the same

  • Christianity.....> Followers of Jesus Christ

Islam....> Peace and Submission of God' willing

Judaism.....>Religion of Yehud tribe which are Israilites we can say.

    Hinduism...> Religion of Indian peninsula

Bahai and Mormonism.....>They both same copy religion but they copied from different ones.Bahai's prophet is bahaullah and mormonism prophet is joseph smith.

    Buddism...>Followers of Buddha

Other asian religions...All of them base on philosopical teachings so all they finish with ...ism.

  • Very Well done!!! There are indeed remarkable similarities between the two. Muslims also believe that the action and intent of every man are what holds him accountable as in individual. I think the important factor is understooding the difference between Culture and Religion. The similarities also go much deeper than that... I am finding it more and more surprising. I was wondering what was the Mormon position on Mohammed and others.... was happy to hear an answer here. Thank you!!!

  • "Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6 There is only One Truth and His name is the Christ who came as a testimony of the Truth and lived a humbled life because He thought even He wasnt worthy of God. He took upon the wrath of God for all mankind, that we have a chance to be forgiven and be righteous by faith. My Christian brothers, do not sugarcoat the Truth. Those who do not do the will of Christ will perish.

  • mormons are universalists, they believe there is good in all religions bhlah blah.

  • mormons are like the american taliban lol.

  • Islam's not a race, and no one that I've heard of actually hates Arabs as a race; and those who want to glory in destroying their own country (as these traitors can sometimes claim), why should they even be tolerated, much less supported?

"The squeaky wheel gets the grease."

  • Islam is original Abrahamic religion as revealed by Moses and as taught by Jesus but later changed by the Romans and Greeks. Since Mormonism is based on the same simple original truths, there are many similarities. The main difference is that Mormonism has been infiltrated by American materialism with all its sins. So Mormonism needs to revert to its original format before it will be accepted by Jesus (the main prophet of Islam) on His return, which Moslems also know is coming soon. Dr. L.Miller

  • @worldartsdocmiller Muhammad not only contradicts the New Testament, but also the Old Testament, of which we have preserved copies from before Jesus was even born. Then, we have preserved manuscripts throughout the world from before Muhammad which agree with today's Christian scriptures. Really, that's speculation and wishful thinking to think that Islam is what Jesus taught, when certain Islamic laws are direct contradictions of Torah, and others are washed-down and partial versions of it.

  • @krononomikon Understand that, even if Jesus were MERELY a prophet, He STILL would not be Islam's main prophet, because they reject the things He said. However, the anointed is a king. Don't you know that the King was always a judge to the people? Now Jesus is the eternal judge, and God has proven this by raising Him immortally and seating Him at His right hand. So if Muhammad was actually a believer, then Jesus would also be his king as well, and he would also be prostrating before Jesus.

  • The Quran is light given to humanity. Oh Allah. Please let these people see your way. Oh Allah, please let these people become of the righteous believers. Let them see that the Quran holds no contradiction, and that it is the work of our creator. Oh Allah, the One, the Sufficient, the Merciful. Praise be to you.

  • A very good and constructive video, showing no partiality of God's love for any particular portion of mankind, but speaking of God's love for all humanity.

  • both of them are false religions

    !

  • oh yeah? Brothers and sisters, huh...What about closed minded views about the brothers and sisters who love brothers and sisters of the same sex?! This is still bull crap.

  • I find that those who feel G. Beck preaches hate either 1. dont listen much or 2. dont follow his instructions to "look it up yourself, dont take my word for it". I have a Muslim friend of many years, our sons inschool together since Kindergarten. i have been to her home, we hug each time we meet, her concerns of the radical elements of her religion mirror mr. Beck's, does she hate Muslims?

  • There are some similarities on how the religions came to be. Seeing as they both are seen as add ons to something previously. But Mormons belive in a god of this world, and they believe that Jesus came to be through physical relations. I also seem to recall quotes saying something along these lines; what man is, god used to be, what god is, man can become. I disagree with all this, respectivly though. "No vision can grasp God, but God grasps all vision."

    -Quran

  • A delicate complexity situation we are living and you showed beautifully how the lds stands for it.

  • Glen Beck quote on Muslims. (Off his own broadcast transcript)

BECK: OK. No offense, and I know Muslims. I like Muslims. I've been to mosques. I really don't believe that Islam is a religion of evil. I -- you know, I think it's being hijacked, quite frankly.

I love America and I think it's been Hi jacked as well by Gadiantons of our day.

Drop the negativity and prove the positives as sons and daughters of God.

    "We are Allah Jehovas" ;p

  • It is interesting to me that they keep referring to Christianity, yet when they talk about religious leaders of the world Jesus is not mentioned.

  • Thanks so much for this! I have some LDS family members who were calling Islam an evil religion, straight from the devil, justified by a lot of false information. I've had some amazing Muslim friends and studied the religion so I knew this wasn't true, but a prophet's opinion definitely helps the argument. I shared this video with them and they were forced to retract at least part of their argument.

  • Seeing that the Mormon Church isn't a Christian Church, how is it possible to bridge the gap between Islam and Christianity. Both Mormon and Islamic camps should heed the words of the Lord Jesus Christ, that the road is narrow and there are few that find eternal life ( Mt. 7). Also, Jesus is the the ONLY way to heaven John 14:6. He who has the Son, has life, he who does not have the Son, the wrath of God abides on him John 3:36. He's the ONLY way!

  • @jtgunslinger You said it, The mormon prophet is a prophet, and pundit Glenns living is POLITICAL MEDIA, the thing is that not just because he is a member of the church he needs to be as righteous as a prophet, he has his own free will just like every human beig, same with Russell pierce, it is up to them if they wana serve evil or good, the true liders or church don't own their thoughts so every one will receive justice and based on good or evil, by jesus at the end.

  • If this is what the Mormon prophets teach, then why does the great Mormon political media pundit Glenn Beck preach so much racial hate against the Muslims who want to build a community center in NYC, or the Illegal Immigrants who come to America to work to support their families?

  • @jtgunslinger I don't know. I wish he didn't.

  • @jtgunslinger and Seth, Glenn Beck is a man like you and I. He has his right to believe whatever he wants. The Doctrines of the LDS church as expressed by the Prophets are the beliefs of the LDS Church. What one chooses to express or believe is the rights given to him by God called called Free Agency. I, like Glenn, "choose" to believe that a group of radical Muslim are bent to kill anyone who does not agree with them. (Being an adopted immigrant) I also agree with him. I am also LDS.

  • @SethAdamSmith ...muslim is not a race.

  • @SethAdamSmith also.glen beck, although i hear is a member, is not a church authority.... he is just a popular man.

  • @SethAdamSmith Uh, it's not "racial hate" Beck "preaches." It's the reality of that people and that religion, and the danger they pose. Stop with the "racism" charge everytime you liberals and non-patriots hear something true that you don't like.

  • @SethAdamSmith Well, Glenn Beck does not represent the Mormon Church.

  • @pinedacar Yeah, he's better

  • @jtgunslinger Glenn Beck is NOT your typical Mormon.

  • @jtgunslinger ...Muslim isn't a race...

  • @jtgunslinger you can't preach racial hatred against a religion...nice try though.

  • @jtgunslinger

Gleen Beck Married to mormon reason for his conversion to mormonism.

  • @jtgunslinger Because Glen Beck is expressing his own opinion on the matter. True, there are lots of mormons who like him (I've never listened to him, actually) but he has no more authoritative voice to dictate doctrine than does Osama Bin Laden. Is it that hard to believe that religious people aren't 100% perfect within their own religion or are you just searching for ammo?

  • @jtgunslinger Illegal immigrants are felons when they cross the border illegally. What part of that don't you understand? Why don't illegals seek work in some other country than ours? As for the mosque at ground zero, it can be built somewhere else easily but the MUSLIMS and their intolerance won't allow it . The Muslims are the ones who want it there even though there is public outcry. Who's the intolerant one? The Muslim. If you don't like it go back to your own country of origin.

  • @vonveezil2

What about innocent until proven guilty? ohh right, that only applies if you are one of God's chosen people born in America. God only gave American's rights so we don't need to honor or respect anyone elses. And what is intolerant about muslims choosing to build a place of community and worship on property they own? Ohh right, property rights are more than exclusively for Americans, they are also exclusively for Christians because God made them better.

  • @vonveezil2

By the way, unless you're a full blooded Native American then your own ancestors were immigrants. Want to know why YOU are an American? Because when your NON American ancestors came to this country they were not turned away by ignorant assholes such as yourself.

  • @jtgunslinger First, GB does not teach racial hate. He wants to save our country from being taken over, taken advantage of, & infiltrating. Mormons are supposedly christians, & muslims want to kill christians. This "prophet" alost put me to sleep, which is a sin in itself. When proclaiming the true word of God, it is a sin to make it boring. Most Christians know that mormonism is a cult, the muslims would take us out if they could, and are trying.

  • @jtgunslinger Glenn Beck is not the church. He may be a member but he does not speak for the church. Only our prophet can speak on behalf of the church but all have the freedom to believe and have their own opinions.

  • @jtgunslinger First of all Glenn Beck does not speak for the Mormon Church and has no influence on it's leadership. Nor does he receive any "decree" from the leadership of the church on what his shows platform should be or address. 2nd: Glenn Beck is a man unto himself and his views political and religious are his own.

In the Mormon church people are allowed to exercise their own political views and labor for their substance as they see fit and according to their own conscience.

  • Comment removed

  • @jtgunslinger glenn beck is not the spokesperson for the mormon church. what he "preaches" is not the doctrine of the church, and does not represent the church's views. he is just one man with his own opinions. we don't think that mel gibson's views are representative of the entire catholic church , do we?

  • @jtgunslinger It's an enigma. Maybe he has never actually been to a church service or a Sunday School class. He ought to know better. There is no excuse for his abominable behavior. He does a great disservice to the church. I expect he has been co-opted by the lure of money. Pandering to the lowest common denominator in society appears to pay very well.

  • @jtgunslinger Glen is not a church leader, he is not the man we follow. We are all in the process of learning and I hope all will see good in others and not just be wishing evil to come upon them as so often see.

  • Qur'an 5:68 "Say: 'People of the Scripture Book! You have no ground to stand upon unless you observe the Taurat [Torah], the Injeel [Gospel], and all the Revelation that has come to you from your Lord.' It is certain to increase their rebellion and blasphemy. But grieve you not over unbelieving people." We dont believe in the same God mr Joseph Smith! away with your false doctrine and away with the Pedophile prophet Muahammed!!!

  • Last week, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints shipped ten containers of food items, hygiene kits, medical supplies and other relief aid to Pakistan. While the LDS Church donated the physical goods, Islamic Relief USA oversaw the shipping and distribution. The Church has worked with International Relief and Development, the International Medical Corps, and the Saba Aslam Welfare and Trust to purchase additional supplies locally in Pakistan.

  • I highly recommend people to read BECAUSE THEY HATE BY BRIGITTE GABRIEL

who is a survivor of Islamic Terror

Do people see what is happening in Europe? Perhaps they should also read

the piece by Geert Wilders who is a Dutch Member of Parliament

It will give u cold chills and really make u think twice about sharing ground.. Wake up America

  • Just once I would kill to have the guy who announces Mexican soccer to do one of these speeches.

  • The Alex Haley Museum and Interpretive Center and FamilySearch center are located in Henning, Tennessee, about 45 miles northeast of Memphis.

Besides playing the violin, Joseph Matthews has started a new hobby. “I just think that the whole idea of researching your family lineage is really interesting, and if I am able to discover more about what their actual dreams were, I’d like to see myself being and living the dreams that they once had.”

  • Other projects included picking up trash and rerouting hiking trails near Alpine, Big Elk, Calamity Campgrounds, and Pine Creek Pass. In Ririe, they cleaned up the nature walk and made a picnic area. So no matter what public place you go in Jefferson County, you're likely to see the hard work these youth completed today.

This story just proves how much good youth can do when they're organized for a good cause.

  • GRAND JUNCTION, COLO.

As youth in his stake prepared for a regional dance festival and youth conference this summer, President Kelly Summers of the Grand Junction Colorado West Stake recalled the last time such a gathering took place in the area.

  • Ties to the past fortified by dance festival

Youth travel long distances to connect with ancestors

  • At temperatures cresting 95, you'd expect teenagers laboring outdoors for any reason to be scrambling toward an air-conditioned shelter, preferably with wireless access, to beat the heat and pass the time until things cool down.

  • If nothing else, you'd expect a little grumbling — and certainly not the good cheer expressed by nearly 100 high school students who, as members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, donned period clothing of the late 1800s and journeyed 15 rugged miles for three days near the Michaux State Forest at the height of one of this summer's most brutal heat waves.

  • If people have to believe in various religious fairy tales, it would be nice if they could at least get along without hating each other. The problem is, they are all duty bound to convert people to their own religion, which they believe is the only true path to God.

  • Another float with a family history focus was that of the Sandy Utah Alta View Stake. Stan Lindaas, a professional genealogist, made his stake's float meaningful by including a blown-up copy of his own pedigree chart. He said he hopes the float will encourage others to take joy in research.

  • If we all give up on our religiousinstitutions then maybe we can all come together as a people and not on whose religion is the correct one. Great video, because you are showing how churches and religion separate one another. The sad thing is it is going to become a battle of Armegeddon(religions fighting one another till the last one stands). I hope this is not the case, but according to the bible it is the case. Logic can also show whats going on. Religion is evil to those who don't "believe".

  • Afreetube whatever- we believe in Jesus not the devil and do better reasearch instead of making assumptions don't be a hater

  • @theangrywhiteguy669 I hate the doctrine, and leave the peron hate to God Ps 5:5, which tells us that he hates most people, because most people work eniquity, how much does your God hate these people or does your God differ fom that of the bible ?

  • @freetube1to1 we beleve in the God of Isaiah

  • I wonder if every Christians is as nice as the Mormons in terms of understanding Islam, then this world would be a better place. there's no point of fighting over differences. Yes, we're all difference. The best thing to do is appreciate each other. I'm a muslim, and a good muslim shall always be friend with good guys like you, the Mormons. Thank you for the nice video

  • Seth-

Just wanted to say I'm very impressed with your videos and think they fill a need. Thank you for sharing your talent here. I will be posting your vid(s) on my blog

  • Great video! I am just returning from Afghanistan everyone I had a chance to talk to was very nice a leader on the Afghan National Army even invited me to diner, they are a very nice people.

  • interesting

  • Great video.

  • Very interesting video! As always, great work, Seth. I belong to a Facebook group, LDS-Islam Friendship. I will be posting this to their wall.

I can see how the bridge will have to be built by us LDS. I hate to say it, but as prejudiced as some Christian groups are against us, I see very little to no chance that they would want to build bridges to the Muslims, and really no way they could. We have more in common with the Muslims than traditional Christianity does, as far as I can see.

  • Hey Brother:

Great video! Extremely important message. Kingdoms, Nations and their governments will be held accountable for the travesties that have commited to the innocent around the world while possibly in the name of freedom, but with the goal of greed, power and control.

  • I loved this, thank you for a fresh perspective and reminder that we are all God's children and that

we have a responsibility and stewardship as Christians, and as people on this Earth today, to reach out and care each other. And to do all we can to bring our brothers and sisters closer to Christ through our acts and by our example, which should be like His, of love, for all.

  • excellent! thank you for posting.

  • If only these wonderful sentiments were shared about people (and Presidents) in our own country as well!

  • Please , anyone, let me know if I understand these two religions correctly with this statement. -Muslims believe that we can return to God by our own merits, while Christians believe we can return to God by the grace of his son.-

  • Not all Christians believe it just takes grace to return to God. Mormons believe that it takes both works and grace.

  • Nicely done Seth. We've been involved with an inter faith group here in Dallas, TX which allows discussion between Jews, Muslims and Christians. Here in Dallas, Christians are represented by the LDS Church, as well as a few others. But our Church has been asked to speak on behalf of Christianity. They began with a discussion of Abraham, the next meeting focused on Moses, then Jesus, and the last meeting was about Mohamed. Next meeting will have a youth speaker panel from the 3 religions

  • Wonderful! Good luck! Perhaps you could pass this video along to some that attend.

  • @SethAdamSmith I'll do that. My son will be on that youth panel coming up, so this is good resource material for him to review (video + listed talks).

  • @reidschool "Christians are represented by the LDS Church" ? you are MORMONS !!!,, "Mormons" is the name given to followers of the God of the living dead (Mormo) as used by Joseph Smith B Young etc in their Satanic masonic Dedicated temples, you are dead in your sins !! Baal worshipers ! not a christian Church !!

  • @freetube1to1 Genealogy and family history are fun," he said. "Everybody has pioneers. My kids are pioneers. We're all pioneers."

Another stake member, Alice Pratt, said that one man carefully inspected the pedigree chart during a float preview party. The man, who said he was not a member of the Church, approached Sister Pratt and said many of the names on the chart matched names of his own ancestors from Norway.

  • @freetube1to1 Dude, don't know where you got THAT story. Sorry you feel that way. Check out Mormon.org if you want to learn about what the Church ACTUALLY believes. Hang in there.

  • It's true, we are to share the Gospel with all mankind, regardless of their religion or ethnicity.

What*s the Gospel? It's the message about salvation - salvation through and by our Lord and Redeemer Jesus Christ.

This we are to share with everybody.

People, regardless of their religion, who will not be saved by the redeeming work of Christ, are lost. They may have some glimpse of the Gospel. They may fear another God, they maybe nice people, but without Christ, they will be lost.

  • Are you gonna make a Jews and Mormons video too?

    No lack of material there.

President Benson's talk entitled "A Message to Judah from Joseph" would be a great place to start.

  • Muslims stood with us and offered their help on Proposition 8

  • @omiolo2

That certainly is nothing to be proud of

  • @sprtsguy721 well, pride leadeth to the fall. But I rejoice in the Muslim people willing to stand together to protect marriage and the family.

  • @omiolo Yes pride certainly does. As does ignorance and masked hate. There are and were Mormons who did not support Prop 8(hate) It was born out of fear and ignorance. I cn tell you the Savior was tearful whn he saw millions of dollars donated to hurt others whn that money cld hve bn used for the poor and needy. The Gospel is one thing and the Corporation is another. The Corporation and members money was used to put forth half truths and deceptive info. ALL families are sacred in G-ds eyes

  • @sprtsguy721 I wish you cared about families! I have been to a Mormon parade and I have been to a gay pride parade. I know which side ACTUALLY cares about families. Please STOP the spin!

  • @omiolo Yes lets stop the ignorance and the spin. I have been to a Mormon parade and I have seen Mardi Gras. What are you talking about. Are you saying that a gay pride parade is a reflection on families that are gay? It is a celebration! As is mardi gras. By the way I have several childrn and many grandchildrn. All outstnding members of our community. Now stop the ingnorance and the spin..Obviously I was stating facts. I am Mormon also! This ignorance and hate is an great example why LDS- cont

  • youth have and will commit suicide. Words are things that hurt people and our LDS youth. STOP!

  • @sprtsguy721 Yes, a gay pride parade is a reflection of what homosexuals are about. Is there ANOTHER parade for gays?? Obviously Mormons DENOUNCE mardi gras and other hedonism. Nice SPIN though!

  • @omiolo,You obviously are out of touch w/reality! So you are spinning tht a gay pride parade defines an individual? Actually just like Black, Hispanics, skinny folks, over wieght folks, short and tall..straight human beings, there are people that are homosexual that participate in 4th of Jul parades. Marching bands..Temple pagents. The pioneer day parade.. I know many homosexual active members. Our family dz nt limit our Christian love to what you might believe is the status quo

  • I am not an authority but gay pride parades/celebration of life parades wht ever label one choses to use reflect many aspects of a community. Police, firefighters, congress, assembly, mayors, children from many levels of local schools, many churches and Jewish synog..community organizations, out reach organizations.parents, friends . national organizations some are completly composed of heterosexual humans. Go figure! I do volunteer work in the community and we had the young adults from a local

  • Ward attend to help out. This was volunteer work specifically to assist a community organization that prob is 80% homosexual.."we dont ask ones sexuality" It was a service project for them I wld assume. The Ward was aware of that but bless them for following the example of the Savior. My advice to you is to speak with your Bishop or church social services. Your masked hatred is of concern. If you have a temple rec I am assuming there were no interview questions asked. Bless you my brother!

  • @sprtsguy721 do you simply REPEAT everything I say or are you capable of more?

  • "Your ideas, as we understand them, appear to contemplate the intermarriage of the Negro and white races, a concept which has heretofore been most repugnant to most normal-minded people from the ancient patriarchs until now....cont>>

  • there is a growing tendency, particularly among some educators, as it manifests itself in this area, toward the breaking down of race barriers in the matter of intermarriage between whites and blacks, but it does not have the sanction of the Church and is contrary to Church doctrine.”

    - LDS First Presidency (George Albert Smith), letter to Virgil H. Sponberg (critic of the anti-black ban), May 5, 1947, quoted in Lester E. Bush, Mormonism’s Negro Doctrine: An Historical Overview, p. 42

  • My point is that there are statements and comments quoted as contrary to church doctrine which actually were not revelation. As interracial marriage was illegal in some states at time this quote. Im sure if there were a ballot measure then to vote on the rights of our fellow citizens the church church wld have asked for donations to oppose. Not everything coming forth in the Ensign or from our leaders is supported by the teaching of our Savior.
