It's running rich because his BOV isn't recirculated back into the intake like it SHOULD be with the stock MAF. You guys see the hose attached to the intake pipe thats just sitting there? That is supposed to be hooked up to the BOV. But I guess some people like the PSSSHHHHT sound more than having a decent running car with good gas milage and non-fouled plugs.
agreed with vr4galant. If the PPSSHHT sound is so important to you buy a gm maf and a maf translator
