richie kotzen is undoubtably a far better guitarist than cc but cmon, it just aint poison without CCs preoxide blonde hair and brightly coloured bc richs and ibanez. Richies toneis too bluesy for poison and his borin old telecasters dont cut it. Plus although his solos are technically far superior to CCs they dont compliment the song nearly as well. Hell CC could always write some dam catchy solos

Kotzen is a good player, but Poison is not the same without CC in it. Richie's ridiculous overplaying and awful solos only detracted from the songs. Also, he is a horrible performer with zero charisma compared to CC.
