  • Best crime-drama-action movie Ever. Pacino and De Niro: Always means it's a good movie.

  • Val with the HK :)

  • cont'

And to add insult to injury, his partner left him. LOL

  • 1:22; dude got "FUUUUKed UP" when Deniro put that car in reverse. LMAO

  • They didnt know who they F'n with

  • This scene is in "The Town" directors cut, as a homage to HEAT.

  • where was this filmed anyone know?

  • Trust in the 12-gauge....Peckinpah woulda loved that scene.

  • The only man to ever win a fight while wearing a beard, is Chuck Norris. Maybe if the hitman shaved, the movie gods would have let him live.

  • Does anyone know why De Niro keeps using different pistols? Here, and in another scene where he's alone in his house, he has a USP, but then he also carries and uses a P220...

  • @ScarletSnake

Maybe just too change it up..He's Deniro they give him the best of the best.. they aint gonna give him a Hi point or a tauras milleium pro lol

  • @ScarletSnake I think he starts using the SIG after this scene because the USP was involved in the shootout.

  • @ScarletSnake each one was involved in homicides, a smart criminal doesn't carry around a hot weapon involved with murders

  • RIGHT HAND ONLY!

  • Was Val kilmer shooting an FAL?

  • @mesa401

no it was an H&K 91 it fires a .308

  • @mesa401 Sizemore had the FAL and ditched it in the burning ambulance.

  • Fairly risky of val kilmer shooting that guy, when the guy was 1:59 when that guy was standing right in front of deniros oncoming car = deniro was in kilmers line of fire, at quite a distance. To kilmers credit, he did take time to aim the shot.

  • 2:16 R.I.P. Howie Long

  • @panchovillanueva

    hahahhaha brillant!

  • That H&K 91 woulda dropped that sand nigga like a sack of potatos that second the bullet hit him... thats a .308 caliber lol Awesome scene tho

  • this is my favorite scene too!!!

  • yeah 7,62x51 baby

  • Sizemore in the good old days. His addiction has robbed us of many more awesome movies that he could have been making.

  • @JD3917 You can SADLY, say that again. What a GODAMNNED FUCKING WASTE of talent. I loved this guy in "Passenger 57", "Point Break" "SPR", "BHD", just to name a few !

  • @JD3917 No doubt... good call on your part... he was awesome in this and in "

    Saving Private Ryan".

  • YOU CAN SEE THE FILM CREW IN THE REARVIEW MIRROR OF THE WHITE TRUCK. One guy is wearing a cowboy hat :) One of the few mistakes in the film.

  • @supajc At Which Moment Exactly?

  • @Shifftee there's a brief scene kind of POV from inside the white truck before the driver gets shot, maybe only visible on DVD quality, youtube on fullscreen may be too low-res.

  • @Shifftee at 2:10 or 2:11. If you pause it at the right moment you can see people through the rearview mirror.

  • @PostalDude245 Okay... I saw them... you, my friend, are one observant EAGLE eye for I've seen this movie a bizzillion times and disected on the tube and in my mind for I love this flick but never, ever, picked up on that. Good job.

  • @Shifftee Right, for I didn't catch it either.

  • Man what a good movie. I liked Sizemore in this a lot, too.

  • That G3A3 should have torn that truck to pieces. The rifle is very powerful. None the less that was nothing short of amazing.

  • @PostalDude245 That was not a G3A3, it was an HK91A2, a semi-automatic only, civilian variant of the G3 series. If it was a G3A3, wouldn't Kilmer have fired full-auto when he had the chance, such as after the white truck started moving?

  • @vasquez3006 Yeah I realised after I posted the comment that it was a HK91 because of the black furniture.

  • Comment removed

  • @esco61 It is the Benelli M3 Super 90 (with a pistol grip).

  • try imfdb

  • @vasquez3006 yep, that's an HK91 alright, just like the one I have, bipod too, also have mine scoped, actually though after he shot the guy, instyead of spining him around, it probably would've pushed him forward slightly

  • this is a great shootout, but like all good things..................WAY too short

  • thank you.

  • You can't beat a .308 it always does the job!

  • gotta love the benelli

  • @1998disco72

I prefer 7.62x54R but I'm kinda an eastern bloc enthusiast :P

  • is it jsut me or does that guy who gets hit by deniros car, look alot like a goon that arnold took out in the bathroom scene of True Lies?

  • You are correct. The actor is Max Daniels & he was in "True Lies" also.

  • LOL 2:16 HAHAHAHAHAAHAHA

  • "What am i doing, I'm talking to an empty telephone, cuz there' s a dead man on the end of this fuckin line." Awesome clip, awesome movie 5/5

  • Who's the actor that got shot in the white truck?? but I know Robert DeNiro talked to him.

  • The actor who was the driver in the white p/u was Vince Deadrick Jr.

  • They made quick waste of those pricks

  • Awesome film.

  • lol! 2:16

Cherito was so bad ass in this flick.

I was also very glad to see an H&K 91/G3 clone as well...Nice shot by Val

  • Nothing like a good ol' shotgun

  • Actually it's a HK91-A2 (7.62X51) with bipod. Anyways nice clip 5 stars.

  • I think he means Micheal Madsen's weapon.

  • Michael Madsen isn't in this movie, that's Tom Sizemore with the shotgun.

  • I stand corrected... thanks :)

  • No problem, actually from what I read Michael Madsen was supposed to play that part, but for whatever reason Tom Sizemore got it instead.

  • fucking AWESOME film

  • that's me on the roof of the hot dog stand.Get Some.Yeah Get Some Baby!!!.....

  • If thats you, why did you make that awful Batman movie, Val? =[

  • I'm Love'in it.

  • whats the gun called with the guy with the long hair

  • H&K G3. It's a .308 caliber.

  • HK91 - civilian-legal semi-automatic only version of the G3. You can buy one for a few thousand bucks now.

  • H&K G3 SG1

  • @lobana444

If your talking about the armored truck heist, the pistol he has is a Star Megastar.

  • That machine gun guy looks like a Jihad.

  • station wagons are badass.

  • and as soon as the truck gets to the gate, its sizemore around the corner with an 870. god i fuckin love this movie. its still badass over 13 years later

  • I'm hear ya. Pistol grip and all!

  • Benelli M1

  • You're right, I missed it. The 870 has the two trigger group pins on the receiver. Plus that Benelli has a full extension mag tube like the 870 express magnum. At a glance they look similar.

  • 10-4

    :-)

  • Benelli M3 Super 90

  • this movie is as calculated and ornate as the characters that occupy it's universe. such an involving film. easily in the top 5 of all time.

    BRING BACK SIZEMORE!

  • if sizemore wants to come back

  • phantom youre right. this film is so calculated and ornate, just like the characters that occupy the intimate universe were drawn into. i'm guessing neil mccaughley has marine history in this film because of the patented double tap to the sternum followed by a headshot he uses during executions.

  • good comment.

  • The g3 sounds badass.....thats one area where call of duty 4 failed in capturing, the sound on single fire

  • I agree, Dragonfruity. Easily in the top 10 movies of all time. Its also one of the most underated, and I never could figure out why. All-star cast, great acting, great plot.

  • I completely agree with all of that, but it seems to me - and you may agree - that, with the strong help of youtube posts, the legacy of this masterpiece continues to grow with each passing year, like a well-aged bottle of fine wine

  • I love the G3SG1 and Bennelli M3.

  • One of the top 10, even top 5 movies of all time. The characters have so many dimensions, not just cop and robber.

  • They have some skill using there guns also the type of firearms are awesome g3,remington 870 and a pistol.

  • as did val kilmer and al pacino

  • DeNero received extensive training in firearms on an LAPD shooting ranch to prepare for this and subsequent shootout scenes.
