  • This was very beautiful! Thank you for sharing! Your children are all very beautiful :)

  • Wow i wish my birth video on here was this beautiful... Labor is so intense and you handled yourself beautifully! I did an all natural birth as well and I started out in the water but only could stand being in there for about half an hour. It was as comfortable as I thought it would be. However your tub looks much better than the one I had... Congrats on your little on and yay UN-medicated birth!

  • Looked so difficult what number child is this ?

  • @emmiela2105 #3

  • this is a beautifully made video,

it also makes me very nervous about giving birth to my baby...it looks terribly difficult!

also i'd be worried id choke on my gum haha

    wonderful ending though <3

  • im totally lost..why aren't you not talking to your mom anymore? did she disrespect you or something..

  • @missNily4 Why isn't as important as the fact we're not speaking but yah we're not on talking terms & haven't been

  • @xxxjoelpolexxx Well, that really sucks but you are a smart, mature woman so you know what you are doing if you think this is the best for you and your family then do what you are doing. I don't know the whole story and I don't really want to bother you again with the same question that everyone else has been asking. I just wish you the best. You are a great person and i love your family and videos. :)

  • @xxxjoelpolexxx After all this time you still are not on speaking terms? I just can't believe that a grandmother could go this long without speaking or seeing any of their grand babies even when one was just born or a mother not speak to her daughter either. Hope you can work out any differences soon.

  • @0422lgay she called an hour ago & apologized

  • wait what? What happened between you and your mom :(

  • I hope someday you can find in your heart to forgive your mother. After all you only have one.

  • @footballmontana she sees no wrong on what shes done. i've forgave her in the past during situations like this & she does it over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over need I go? & over & over again b/ she honestly is NEVER at fault for ANYTHING she does, EVER. This time though ti effects my kids as she is in & out/in & out/in & out need I go on? of my childres lives. try explaining to a 3 yr old day in & day out why her grandparents constantly disappear

  • @xxxjoelpolexxx & want nothing to do w/ her baby sister. poor Jacelyn doesn't understand that her grandparents want nothing to do w/ her & her siblings.

  • @xxxjoelpolexxx I'm SO sorry, Lucy! She's really missing out on being involved with your very special kids! Was she like this when you were growing up? Was this video done by the birth photographer? I love the different perspectives & angles, plus black & white is always amazing! I'm assuming that you have the actual birth on film, like up close, but I totally get why you don't have it on here for the world to see your vagina. Jace was just precious with everything she said! :o) Mindy

  • @mindy573 She was MUCH worse (I know...hard to believe) when I was growing up. That's why I'm so sketchy on her being involved w/ my childrens lives. She is one of those people who would bad mouth Joel & I to our own children. All video footage we have is on here. We tried to get an up close shot (for our own personal memories not YT) & there were so many hands one tiny spot that no one could see. We didn't anticipate her coming out so quickly or birthing on the chair.

  • Wow,i didnt know jacelyn ( sorry if i misspelled it) how cool is that! And the name goes perfectly with kacen and jacelyn

  • That is def great to know. At least going through horrible periods we know how to deal with the pain and get through it. That is def a plus and even though I hate having painful periods I'm kind of glad that in a way it will prepare me for labor one day.

  • @purplespirit79 yep a huge prep

  • Hey Lucy. I orderd 24 fuzzibunz diapers and got a few reward codes for the site to win things. But the contest is only open to US residents so id like to give you the 5 codes I have........ im on ur facebook page as cyann_sky contact me thier.

  • @cyannsky I did earlier :)

  • Great video it brought tears to my eyes it was as real as it gets and i've never seen anything else like this on here...Just wondering you said your period are very bad so the labor wasn't a whole lot different. I get extremely bad cramps during my period always have where i'm laid in the fetal position for a few days nothing helps really but ive learned to deal.. Because of that do you think labor would be easier for me?

  • @purplespirit79 I TRULY believe that labor is easier when you have periods as bad as mine. I'm curled in the fetus position, no school, no work, puking, in the water, heating pads, etc. Just as you said, you learn to cope, but it definitely takes over my life at that time, that's for sure. Labor is the same....except a little easier in the aspect that you DO get breaks! Short ones...very short, but nonetheless breaks! lol

  • Wow This looks like a movie! So Cool! thanks for sharing!

  • @amyNcharlie :)

  • Did you have a videographer?

  • so sweet- I just love hearing the moment that Jacelyn got to pick out Peyson's name.

  • @BooBear6607 me 2 & we have it 4 4ever now

  • Awe.... That was so cute!! Didn't you mention that your mom just left and left the kids alone??

  • @112608ad yes

  • This came at a good time for me, I'm 39+5 planning a home waterbirth. I have moments of nervousness, but now I'm just excited and looking forward to labouring again!

  • So i've been wanting to ask, how is your relationship with your mom after that whole situatioin at the birth. If you don't want to answer i understand. Just wondering.

  • @CUTIEFROMSOMD doesnt exist

  • Loved this video! :) Hearing those moans makes me shiver, simply cause I remember what that felt like! LOL! I love how calm she is laying on your chest! Calm birth = calm baby! <3

  • Hi lucy just need some info does the water help with contractions? I want to try to labor in water but im not sure if its for me....congratz on payson! All the kids are adorable.

  • @fijaz01 yes it helps

  • just wondering, did you do calmbirthing or anything?? You seem to handle labour so well!

  • @MissCarly84 Nope....I just did me. I have HORRIBLE periods so labor isn't a whole lot different...even down to the soaking in water & randomly puking it's all the same for me.

  • @tonkaturtles Yes & No. She didn't magically think it up, but yes she choose that name ALL ON HER OWN! I won an ABC Prize Pack (I have a video on this) a year ago & one of the DVD Box Sets I got was Make it or Break it an ABC show & the main character is Payson. It's a gymnastic's show. Jacelyn takes tumbling so she was fascinated w/ the show & watched it w/ me at night time as we were going to bed. It had been MONTHS since we had seen it though.

  • @rljjlove1 Thank you!

  • Was that your mom at 8:33? R u guys doing better after she stormed away? Did she ever get to actually meet Peyson? I LOVE when Jace named her!! SOOOO CUTE!!! And the cord cutting what a great experience! :)

  • @MelB0610 Yep that's my Mom. FYI to anyone reading this, DO NOT walk into a HB w/ out any clue to what is going on & ask the Mom in labor how she is doing...you're ASKING to get your head ripped off, ha. I know that's not nice but geez that's about how I felt at the time. I kept thinking "SERIOUSLY?!? I'm in freaking hell & can't process my thoughts out of my mouth during a contraction & your going to ask me how I am? Oh & thanks for breaking my concentration"

  • @MelB0610 Part 2: She ignored my 150 calls to her hotel/cell that day & we were literally otu the door to bring Peyson to her to FORCE her to meet her when she answered the phone & I had to FORCE her to come over to see her...she stayed for 5-10 minutes, long enough to make me a PB&J & hold Peyson to take a pic that was it. She's tried contacting me, w/ RUDE demanding messages of an apology. but no I haven't spoken to her.

  • @xxxjoelpolexxx I'm sorry!!! :( That is sad that she is going to miss out because she is being selfish, and the thing that gets me the most was, I watched that video, and NO WHERE in it, you were rude, I was glad that Joel defended you to not let her conference your labor, she was the one in the wrong, and I am sorry she had to leave a memory like that on that wonderful day!! At least you have so many beautiful memories to block that one out a bit! :)

  • @MelB0610 Her reasoning for me being "rude" is that I defended my husbands response to her actions. What you don't see in the video is after I requested my Mom to come meet her Joel did go get my Mom only to find her leaving our house w/ our kids unattended & Joel naturally flipped out on her so to speak. She refused to come in despite my request for her to meet Peyson & Joel said some very nasty no so nice words including curse words, but she's made I defend him & not her.

  • @xxxjoelpolexxx Well he is your husband, and I believe you made the right choice by backing him and not her!! Besides, he didn't do anything wrong, even if he said some cuss words to her, it was probably because she was being crappy!! I can't believe she would leave your kids alone! HELLO they are too young, not to mention, had you known she was even leaving, you could get someone to help watch them!! WOW Yeah, I totally agree with you, there is NO reason to apologize!

  • @MelB0610 Well husband or not I'm going to back whos is RIGHT, if it had been my Mom then I'd be by her side but I honestly feel/lknow Joel's only "wrong" doing was cursing but that is it & should it had been me I'm sure I would have said far worse than he did to her as a rebuttal.

  • @xxxjoelpolexxx Totally agree with you!! :)

  • This is so incredible! I love the way you explained to Jacelyn that the blood was okay. You truly are such an amazing mom and you inspire so many other women!! Because of you I want my next baby to born all natural. Thank you for documenting these times in your life, your videos really do help me =)

  • @OurBittersweetLife Thanks! She's a nosy rosy that ask "Why Mama?" to EVERYTHING, seriously, 1,000x's a day if not more. We have some practice when it comes to explaining things to her. Sometimes she catches us by surprise & we're stumped, ha

  • I thought we seen all this before.. Payson was a name I suggsted :)

  • @mommy2logan112604 Nope....I just got all of this a few days ago (my memory card was just returned to me)

  • How amazing. I dont like to scream or cry or moan so i tense up a lot in labor if anyone is trying to talk to me or anything. As long as i can breath through then I am fine and able to stay calm and loose. I am also about an 8-9 when my active labors kick in

  • beautiful!

  • @TugsAtYourHeart Thank You

  • this is beautiful. i am determined to film our third homebirth (not pregnant yet) as I didn't film my first two homebirths,

  • Beautiful!! Such a great thing to be able to look back and watch.

  • so amazing.

  • @ReillyAJ ty

  • baby's**

  • great video. it was so sweet when Jace whispered "Peyson" for the babies name. Precious! Thanks for sharing.

  • @FreeUpYourMind I was so happy someone caught that part on film! Peyson will forever hold the moment she was named...by her sister :) warms my heart & 1 day I hope it does theirs too

  • did u have any shaking right after she was born. With Isabella I had really bad shaking! Some people it only lasts a couple minutes but mine lasted at least 20 minutes. it sucked really bad. I'm so glad I delivered my baby naturally (except for an IV for fluids) Words can't describe the powerful feeling of pushing your baby out on your own and actually feeling it. It's amazing. Yes it's painful but you can feel more than just pain. Like I said words can't describe what is feels like.

  • @BeautifulDisaster825 Yep! I had it w/ both girls but never w/ Kacen. Had it before push time w/ Jace & after push time w/ Peyson.

  • Such a miracle!

  • thank you for sharing this lucy :) gosh you handled your labour beautifully! my first is coming in november - seeing you do this is really empowering/reassuring. xo

  • @countrysighed November will b here b4 u know it! Good Luck hun :)
