Yes it does, i trained martial arts since i was 10 and iam 19 now, i train muay thai and ill promise you it works , if you have stenght in your head, i wheigt 57 Kg last sommer and i kicked 86 kgs pepoel and more in sparring, and i also knocked pepoels in the street with devestating elbow strikes annd kicks boxing osv but,
