I think BASE jumping is awesome, but have a question....I never hear anything about these guys having a job. How do they get all of this money to travel around and pay for equipment etc.?

@xxmedxx66 The way Jeb learnd it is extremely dangerous. If you want to start base jumping, you should start by taking Sky Diving lessons. Minimum age depends on the country you live in, it's usually between 16 and 18. Once you have about 200 to 400 jumps out of an aircraft, you can take a BASE jumping course. There are a few courses at least in the US, Norway, Switzerland and Germany.

@MgpMontville .I know you'd rather die than be in a sad 9-5 office job. But other people take pride in enduring years of monotonous work for someone they love like family etc. Living life to the fullest does not mean make it as exciting as possible. It means make it meaningful and I don't see anything wrong with a boring 9-5 job if it serves a noble purpose. Besides, if you don't want a low paying 9-5 job, there are more options such as a high paying 9-5 job. Fuck dying. Life is still beautiful.

Ya must be nice to have the best healthcare when you jump and get injured. Try saying the same thing when nobody is there to help you and the craps keep eating at you for days on end until you finally beat your head against a rock to black out and not have to endure the suffering any longer.
