Gay marraige is not about freedom of speech - no one is telling you can't voice your opinion on whether you think it is right or not. It is about equal rights and how homosexuals feel as though they are second class citizens b/c they do not have the same rights as the rest of us. Could you look at a gay sibling or family member and tell them to their face that you dont think they deserve the same rights as you? I myself could not do that to someone I care about.

Yea I'm pretty darn liberal and that's something I can't really agree with. I do agree there is a HUGE bias but I also agree that you're confusing having unconditional love for someone with having to adopt and welcome their beliefs which you just can't on all issues. Tim Gunn is a wonderful, wonderful person. He is so sincere and genuine.
He isn't about everyone fitting a mold, but that people should be comfortable and put their best foot forward. I found this interview to be very insightful and it make me want to know Mr. Gunn. A true inspiration.

I agree with you, I actually don't mind her. It's nice to listen to a conversation instead of a formal enquiry now and then. Someone also said she also works for MTV like it's an insult, and I don't understand why. A VJ for MTV South-East Asia is also hosting for the Discovery networks, so that kind of remark meant as an insult doesn't really carry...

There's two ways to say it and either is correct - "Co-chure"; which is the way she says it in the clip; and "cu-tour". Don't be a wise ass if you yourself can't tell the difference.

Well guess what asshole. I just listened to many pronunciations online and looked it up in a dictionary:
#1. the emphasis is on the second syllable; therefore, it's not how the asian said it (emphasis on the first syllable)
#2. the pronunciation guide has an ulaut (double dot) over the o, giving a long "oo"/"u" sound, unlike a long "o"
#3. the pronunciation of the word is supposed to be FRENCH, NOT shitty english.
So shut the fuck up when someone else is right.

I really wish this chick would shut the hell up I want to hear what Tim Gunn has to say but she is just giving her opinion to much it'slike she is being interviewed. a good interviewer asks questions that bring out the cahracter of the interviewee. Tim Gunn may not be a stereotypical masculine man but he is a really neat man non the less. I think he is classically handsome and a very well spoken and intelligent man.

Gunn has a fantastic teaching ethic. Getting the job done within the constraints imposed is a great lesson for anyone.

Camel is a wool, not a fur. The fibers are sheered from the animal, which allows greater comfort for the animal. Fur, on the other hand, requires the death of the animal.

I'm willing to bet every question was written down and asked in the order she wrote them in. "Ok. Question number one..." Her interviewing "style" is very disconnected and amateur. Really not seeing the problem with Suchin that everyone else is. It's not like Tim can't get a word in edgewise or spends more time listening than talking, and Suchin's animated quality, for lack of a better word, "inspires" Tim to act the same. He's just as excited to see her as she is to see him, and that makes their interview great to watch. Besides, if I were being interviewed, I would want to actually talk to the person and be lobbing answers at a stranger like some bizarre game of tennis.
